1 lb Lean ground beef
3/4 c Onion
chop fine
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1 Egg
5 ts Beef instant :
or
5 c Bouillon
3 ts Chili powder
3 tb Flour
3 Stewed tomatoes
1 cl Garlic chop fine
1/4 ts Ground cumin
1 cn Kidney beans :
undrained
Cornmeal dumplings: 1 1/2 c Biscuit mix
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal
2/3 c Milk
In medium bowl, combine meat, 1/4 c onion, bread crumbs, egg, 3 ts bouillon and 1 ts chili powder; mix well. Shape into 1-1/2" meatballs; roll in flour. Brown meatballs; drain and set aside. In crockpot, combine remaining ingredients except beans and dumplings; stir in meatballs. Cover; cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours (high setting for 6 hours). Stir in beans. Prepare dumplings; drop by spoonsful onto
chili. Cover and cook on high setting 45 to 60 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through. DUMPLINGS-In medium bowl, combine biscuit mix, cornmeal and milk.

Cut up some onions and peppers. Cook them in a big pot until soft. Dump in canned crushed or puréed tomatoes and undrained canned beans — roughly equal quantities is a good starting point, though I like extra tomato. Dump in a lot of spices until you like how it tastes — cumin + smoked paprika + oregano + garlic powder is a good basic blend. Simmer for about a half hour. If you want to be fancy, melt in a little dark chocolate. Eat and go do something else with your life.
My Ron's Favorite BEEF AND MUSHROOM DUMPLING SOUP ❤
This is My Ron's favorite Beef and Dumpling Soup, I make it throughout the year, but especially during this time of year. Fall chilly weather and rain just makes it so right. This soup is hearty and loaded with flavor, and the best part about it is the fluffy dumplings, I season the batter well and I add finely chopped green onions and red pepper flakes to give them a little kick. Chuck pot roast is my favorite meat to use because it's so tender, the carrots, parsnips, black beans and mushrooms are the perfect combination for this amazing soup. This soup is a winner in our house. ❤
INGREDIENTS-----------------
2 Tbls olive oil (to sear meat)
2 Tbsp Bacon grease for pot
1 & 3/4 Lb.Chuck roast (cubed)
1 medium onion (diced)
3 green onions (chopped)
2 Celery ribs (diced)
1/2 C. yellow bell pepper
5 C. beef broth
1 & 1/2 C. canned diced tomatoes
1 Tbls tomato paste
1/2 tsp sugar
8 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
I used Store blend of Crimini, Shitake, oyster mushrooms (or you can use your favorite)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 big garlic cloves (minced)
2 bay leaves
1 C. chopped carrots
1 C. chopped parsnips
4 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper (to your liking)
3/4 Tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary
3/4 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 & 1/2 C. Black beans
DUMPLING Dry INGREDIENTS----------
1 C. flour
1 C. cornmeal
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Salt
WET INGREDIENTS----------------
1/2 C. milk
1/4 C sour cream
pepper flakes (optional)
1 finely chopped green onion
2 eggs (beaten)

-Turkey 4-6 Cups
-• Sweet onions 1 large
• Celery 2 Sticks
• 2 red Bell peppers
• Red Kidney beans, Pinto beans, Black beans – Rinsed and drained
• 1 Can crushed tomatoes
• 1 Can tomato paste
• 1 Can tomato sauce
• 2-3 Cups Turkey stock
• 2 TBS Smoked paprika
• 1 Tsp Oregano, Cumin, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper
• ¼ Cup chili powder
• 2Tbs Canola Oil
• ½ TBS garlic, ginger and onion powder
• 2 TBS Brown sugar
• 1 TBS cocoa powder
• 1 Tbs chicken stock powder
• Shredded cheese and sour cream
NINJA CORN BREAD
-3/4 Cup cornmeal
-1 cup All purpose flour
-1/4 cup each melted butter and canola oil
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-2 ½ TBS granulated Sugar
-2 large eggs lightly beaten
-2/3 cup butter milk / ½ N ½
-2 TSP baking powder
-1/2 Tsp salt
-1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
Oven 375 F
Bake 20-25 mins or until skewer comes out clean

Chicken Dumplings | No Oil Healthy Chicken Meatballs #SuDharmik
Chicken Dumplings are the perfect kid-friendly recipe! Chicken Dumplings are savoury with a bit of spice, perfectly juicy and tasty.
PREP TIME: 20 minutes | COOK TIME: 20 minutes | TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
• 1 broiler/fryer chicken (about 2 pounds), minced
• Chopped garlic cloves
• Chopped onions
• Chopped carrots
• Chopped coriander leaves
• 1 beaten egg
• Olive Oil / Cooking Oil
• Soy sauce
• Red chilli paste
• Green chillies
• Salt and white pepper as required
Directions:
• Take a wide bowl
• Add 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic cloves, 5 tablespoons of finely chopped onions, 3 tablespoons of chopped carrots, 1 beaten egg, 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves in minced chicken and mix all the ingredients
• Rest it for 30 mins
• Wet your hands and make chicken mix into small balls
• Heat up a pot of water and bring it to boil
• Gently drop the chicken balls into the boiled water
• Boil the chicken balls for a few minutes until the dumplings float to the top
• Use a strainer to scoop them out and transfer them to a plate
• Use the stock water for the sauce
• Heat up a skillet with some oil
• Add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped onions,1 tablespoon of chopped green chilli, 2 tablespoons of red chilli paste, chicken stock water, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt as required, boiled chicken balls to the sauce and finally add 1 tablespoon of cornflour
• Serve the dumplings warm with the dipping sauce
