Chicken Dressing Casserole
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (or a rotisserie chicken)
Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning
2 (10.5 ounce) cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup whole milk
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
12 oz. Stove Top Stuffing
2 cups chicken broth
2 sticks butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a 9”x13” inch casserole dish.
Cook chicken breasts, allow to cool slightly, and chop into bite sized pieces. (Or shred a rotisserie chicken.). Spread in the bottom of casserole dish.
Lightly sprinkle the chicken with the Mrs. Dash Seasoning. 
Stir together the soups, milk, onion, and celery. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken.
In the same bowl, stir together the contents of the Stove Top Stuffing packages, the chicken broth, and the melted butter. Spread the stuffing gently over the soup mixture to cover the top.
Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Chicken, frozen mixed veggies, dry stuffing, and cream of chicken soup come together to make this satisfying weeknight casserole. It's full of savory, flavorful ingredients to fill your belly with!

Ingredients
4 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts raw, cut into 1 inch pieces
21 oz cream of chicken
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
6 oz dry stuffing mix like Pepperidge Farm
1/2 cup water 1 to 1/2 cups
Instructions
Spread 1/2 cup of cream of chicken on the bottom of the casserole dish. Add the diced chicken breasts.
Mix the remainder of cream of chicken soup with the frozen vegetables. Spread evenly on top of the raw chicken.
Top with stuffing mix. Pour water over the top of stuffing mix to wet.
Bake at 400F covered with tinfoil for 45 minutes.
Notes
Alternatively, you can make the stuffing with water in a bowl before topping on the vegetables.

Chicken & Swiss Stuffing Bake Casserole
Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 (6oz) package of Stove Top stuffing
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed (we like to use rotisserie chicken for this recipe)
2 cups broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked (Boil for 3-4 minutes)
2 celery ribs, diced
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese, divided
Directions:
1.) In a large bowl, combine the soup and milk. Add the stuffing, chicken, cooked broccoli, celery and 1 cup of the cheese. Stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
2.) Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately with garlic bread!
This is a great one dish wonder recipe! There's no need to make a side of veggies because they are already included in this yummy dinner!
