RECETA:
Esta Cantidad es para 4 personas.
2 Libras de Pechuga de Pollo o 4 Pechugas cortadas en mariposa y separadas
1 Taza De Caldo de Pollo ( 8 Onzas) ( 250 ml )
1 Taza de Vino Marsala O vino Rojo pero Dulce no Vino Seco ( 8 Onzas ) ( 250 ml)
1 Cucharadita de Oregano Seco O Fresco
1 Cucharada de Pasta De Tomate
1 Diente de Ajo Picado
1 Cucharada de Harina todo uso o Harina de trigo
3/4 Taza de Harina todo uso o Harina de trigo ( 120 Gramos)
1 El Jugo de un Limón Amarillo o Verde
Mitad de una Cebolla Morada o Blanca cortada en cuadritos pequenos
8 Onzas de Champiñones Cremini o 2 Tazas cortadas en rodajas bien finas, cualquier tipo de champinon.
3 Cucharadas de Mantequilla sin sal o puedes agregar menos si así lo deseas
Perejil al gusto
Sal y Pimienta al gusto
RECIPE:
2 Pounds Chicken Breast or 4 Chicken breast split in half.
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Marsala Wine
1 Teaspoon dry Oregano or fresh
1 Tablespoon Tomatoes Paste
1 Garlic clove minced
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
3/4 Cup all Purpose Flour
1 Lemon Juice
Haft red Onion or yellow onion cut in small cubes
3 Ounces Mushrooms cut in thin slices
3 Tablespoon unsalted butter
Parsley to taste and garnish
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chicken Marsala Recipe - Chef Tips
Chicken recipes are extremely popular in the home kitchen. Today we're making chicken marsala, one of the most popular Italian recipes made with wine.
This simple chicken marsala recipe calls for marsala wine, sherry wine and fresh mushrooms. When choosing fresh mushrooms for your chicken marsala recipes, look for tightly closed caps that don't show any gills.
When cooking with wine, don't spend a lot of money on your cooking wines. But on the flip side, don't buy something that you wouldn't drink straight.
This is what you'll need to prepare this easy recipe for chicken marsala:
Chicken Marsala
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to about 1/4-inch thickness between two sheets of plastic wrap
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
8-12 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup marsala wine
1/4 cup sherry wine
First, pound the thawed chicken breast to about 1/4 inch thickness between two sheets of plastic wrap.
Next, in a 13x9 casserole dish, mix together the flour, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well.
Coat chicken breasts on both sides in flour mixture. Next, heat 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/2 stick butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When butter is melted, add the chicken and fry each side until browned, about 3 minutes on each side.
For the chicken marsala sauce, add sliced mushrooms to skillet and pour the wines over the top. Simmer 10-15 minutes, covered, until chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked brown rice and top with grilled asparagus, if desired.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon per chicken breast honey Dijon mustard
2 cups panko breadcrumbs more or less depending on how many breast
3 tablespoons melted salted butter per cup of panko
Parmesan cheese shredded
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika I used my fav smoked paprika
Swiss cheese, cut into quarters
Canadian bacon rounds cut into half-moons
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
cut 6 slits into each of the chicken breasts, do not cut all the way through, leaving roughly 1/4 inch unsliced.
Place the Dijon honey mustard in a plate.
Mix together the breadcrumbs, butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Put in a plate.
Dredge chicken in Dijon honey then in breadcrumbs, place on baking sheet.
Place a quarter piece of cheese and a half-moon piece of Canadian bacon into each of the slits in each chicken breast.
Bake until the chicken is cooked through 20 to 25 minutes. 165° internal temp
