►1/4 cup sour cream

Today I am making another great Summer and No Bake Dessert recipe that everyone will love and enjoy at your next BBQ Cookout, Picnics, Fish Frys and more; Cherry Cheesecake Pie AKA Cherry Cream Cheese Pie!
Simple and easy, creamy, refreshing, and bursting with Cherry flavor; everyone will be going back for seconds!

Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or 1 (8 ounce) tub cream cheese spread, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled
1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
Ellen’s Magic: You may use a store bought 9-Inch graham cracker crust for this recipe. You can also use blueberry, strawberry, or any kind of pie filling.
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
For the Crust: Crush the graham crackers until they are fine crumbs then add them into a large bowl then pour in the sugar and melted butter and stir until well combined. Pour the crust mixture into a greased 9-inch deep dish pie plate and press evenly and firmly into the bottom and sides. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely on wire rack.
For the Filling: In a large bowl using a electric mixer, add the cream cheese and cream on medium speed until fluffy. Next add in the sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing until well combined. Add and mix in half the lemon juice then add and mix in the other half, and add in the vanilla extract and continue to mix until well incorporated. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Place the pie into the refrigerator and let it chill overnight, until well firm and set. The next day, add the almond extract into the cherry pie filling and mix until well combined. Pour the cherry filling on top of the pie and spread evenly. Cut into desired slices, serve with whipped cream (if desired) and enjoy!

No-Bake CHERRY CHEESECAKE
1- 9 inch Graham Cracker Crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powder sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 (15 ounce) can Cherry pie filling
1. In a medium size mixing bowl cream together cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Set aside.
2. In another medium size mixing bowl whip heavy whipping cream to soft peaks.
3. Fold cream cheese mixture with whipped heavy cream together. Add to graham cracked crust.
4. Chill pie for 30 minutes.
5. Add cherry pie filling to the top of creamed pie mixture.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

CHERRY CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT OATS ????

This cherry cheesecake overnight oats is the ultimate grab & go breakfast and just what you need for a hot summer morning and it requires minimum prep!
Ingredients :
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Cherry compote
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 tsp chia seeds
honey/ maple syrup to sweeten
Method:
-Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or for minimum 2-3 hours
-prepare the cherry compote by heating the cherries in a saucepan until they are mushy texture ( will take about 5-7 minutes) . Keep mashing it with a spoon . Add the chia seeds and a sweetener of choice and set it aside to cool.
-mix 1 tbsp yogurt with sweetener of choice and spread on top before serving
-spread the cherry compote on top
of the Greek yogurt mixture right before serving and devour

This is the best cheesecake ever!!
New York Cheesecake Recipe
CRUST
1 cup Graham Crackers
4 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
FILLING
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. PHILADELPHIA BRAND Cream
Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
TOPPING (optional)
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or 3 cups whole strawberries, stems removed
1.Heat oven to 325°F
CRUST
2. Mix crumbs, Sugar and butter press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
FILLING
3. Beat Cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at low speed after each addition, just until blended.
4. Blend in sour cream; pour over crust.
5. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing from pan.
Refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
TOPPING
4. Top with cherry pie filling or strawberries, stem-side down, just before serving

Hey everyone, in this video I'm showing how to make a delicious and fluffy no bake cherry cheesecake. This cheesecake is both creamy and fluffy, with a slight tang to it along with cherry topping. It just makes the perfect cool summer dessert.
It's super easy to make and doesn't require any baking, so you can whip this up in no time.
Make sure to make this the day before you need it though, because it does not need chill for quite a while to firm up, but it's worth the wait.
