• 1/2 cup salted butter melted + 2 tablespoons
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
CHEESECAKE:
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1️⃣ 00:00:13 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a metal 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ 00:00:30 - Pour melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in sugar by hand until smooth, 30 seconds.

These cheesecake brownies are guaranteed rich and fudgy chocolate brownie topped with a layer of luxurious cheesecake swirled into the brownie batter that creates a wonderfully tangy contrast to the robust chocolate flavor. This is an eye-catching decadent dessert that's easy to make and worthy of any special occasions.
You’ll need:
Cheesecake:
• 16 oz. full fat cream cheese/regular cream cheese (softened)
• ½ cup white sugar
• 2 large eggs (room temperature)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Brownies:
• 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 3 medium eggs (room temperature)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup cocoa powder (preferably dutch-processed)
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp hot water
Chill. Serve. Enjoy!
Makes 9 larger squares or 16 smaller squares
* Using a 9”x9” baking pan in the video
:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Make sure cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature. If they aren’t at true room temperature the batter will not mix evenly together and you’ll end up with clumpy cheesecake or batter.
* Don’t over bake the cheesecake brownies. If you over bake the brownies, the cream cheese layer will turn brown and dry out. And the brownie layer won't be as fudgy.
* Start checking about 5 minutes before they are supposed to be done. For brownies, a toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs. You can take out the brownies when the cheesecake is still a little wobbly.
* To get clean, neat slices, allow brownies to cool completely and refrigerate them for at least 2 - 4 hours or overnight. Before slicing, run the knife blade under hot water to warm it. Dry it before making a cut. Wipe the knife clean in between cuts.
* I used a chopstick to swirl the batters together but a long wooden skewer or a butter knife will do just fine.

1. Preheat your oven to 350F
2. Start with your brownie batter. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Spray your 9x9 brownie pan with oil spray of choice or butter. You can also use a 8x8 pan.
4. Add batter into the pan and reserve about 1/2 a cup of the brownie batter in a small bowl.
5. Now, let’s make your cheesecake batter. Make sure that your cream cheese is room temperature to avoid any clumps! Beat your cream cheese for a few minutes until creamed.
6. Add sweetener, vanilla, eggs and salt and beat until smooth. Add on top of your brownie mixture.
7. Dollop or spoon your brownie mixture on top of your cheesecake. Then use a knife or toothpick to swirl.
8. Bake your cheesecake brownies at 350F for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 325F and bake another 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

These Cherry Cheesecake Brownies start with fudgy homemade brownies, and are filled with cheesecake and cherry pie filling.

INGREDIENTS:
Brownies:
1 cup butter melted, cooled slightly
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar 500g
1 tbsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (or sub all-purpose) 190g
1 cup cocoa 95g
1/2 tsp salt
Cherry Cheesecake filling
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 can cherry pie filling
INSTRUCTIONS:
Line a 9x13 pan with tin foil or parchment and spray with cooking spray -- this makes for easy clean up. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
BrowniesIn a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs and whisk until combined.
Add flour, cocoa and salt and stir until combined. Batter will be thick.
Spread half (or just over half) of the batter into the bottom of the pan.
Cherry Cheesecake filling:With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Top with spoonfuls of cherry pie filling and spread slightly.
Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter on top of the pie filling. You won't be able to spread the brownie batter easily, you will just try to cover a good amount (but certainly all) of the filling with the batter. Smooth out the batter the best that you can.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, until center appears set. Note that your brownies might still have a little jiggle to them -- this is because of all of that gooey deliciousness below. I baked mine for 35 minutes in a dark non-stick pan.
Let cool to room temperature before cutting. They will cut more easily if refrigerated for a few hours, but I couldn't wait, so I didn't!
