Cooking with Cathy the Microcrisp Way Video Cookbook (1993)
When I got this copy of Cooking with Cathy, it was still sealed. So I was expecting fantastic quality but I am guessing it wasn't kept in the best of conditions so it is not the greatest looking video I have found. Any way this is a microwave cookbook that would have come along with an old product called Microcrisp.

cathy's best recipe
I admit that I am really not fan of cooking, especially those dishes that will need a lot of preparation and takes more time to cook. But in this recipe, I find it very easy to prepare and cook, infact, I prepare the whole dish from scratch in the 4-minute cooking segment video. This entrée is very delicious since it composed of chicken breast, ham and cheese. All you need is just a little bit of effort; you don't need expensive kitchen equipment, special ingredients and in about 15-20 minutes from pre-preparation to the serving of the dish, you will have a delicious and healthy meal that a whole family will enjoy.
