Caramel Apple Cake
Are you ready for Halloween? I sure am!
Taking inspiration from my favourite holiday, I created this recipe: The Spiced Apple Caramel Cake.
Spice and chunky apple pieces are added into the mix and baked to make the perfect sponge. The buttercream is mixed with rich caramel, which I coloured white and pastel orange. I think the striped design came out adorable. For the finishing touch, I topped the cake with rich caramel sauce and caramel apple.
It does not only look good, It tastes amazing too. My boyfriend took the cake to his office... and it was gone by lunch time!
