Mini Apple Pie Cheesecakes!
Ingredients: (Makes 16-18!)
Crust:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup, 1 stick butter, melted
Cheesecake:
2- 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Crisp Topping:
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 large or medium apples or 3 small apples skinned, cored, and finely chopped
caramel sauce or ice cream, optional
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line your muffin tins with cupcake liners.
2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and rolled oats and stir to combine.
3. Divide that evenly into your muffin tins and press down with either your fingers or a spoon and bake for 5 minutes.
4. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, both sugars, corn starch, vanilla, and cinnamon with an electric mixer until smooth and combined.
5. Divide the mixture on top of each of your crusts and smooth out with a spoon.
6. Divide the apples op top of the cheesecake layer.
7. Make the crisp topping by mixed all the ingredients together until combined and then sprinkle it on top of the apple layer.
8. Bake 25-30 minutes.
9. Cool 15 minutes and put into the refrigerator over night or at least 3 hours.
10. Top with ice cream or caramel or just eat them plain! They are that good!!!

- 200 g unsweetened Yogurt ( 7 ounces )
- 150 g Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- Grating of Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 20 g Flour ( 2 tbsp )
Bake for 15 minutes!
● 5 minute No Bake Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g Heavy Cream ( 7 ounces )
- 100 g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Freeze for 15 minutes, then enjoy :)
● For the cheeesecake crust:
- 80 g Digestive biscuits/graham cracker cookies ( 3 ounces)
- 30 g Melted Butter ( 2 1/2 tbsp)

*Timings*
• Prep Time: 20 mins.
• Cooking Time: 25 mins.
• Chilling Time: 5 hours.
• Total Time: 5 hours 45 mins.

• Makes 12 individual cheesecakes.
*Ingredients*
_For the Biscuit Base_
• 2 cups (200g/7oz) Digestive Biscuits/Graham Crackers.
• ¼ cup + 3 tbsp (100g/2½ oz) Unsalted Butter.
_For the Cheesecake_
• 1¼ cups + 1 tbsp (300g/10½oz) Cream Cheese/Mascarpone Cheese (Full Fat).
• ½ cup (100g/3½ oz) Caster Sugar.
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract.
• 1½ tbsp Plain Flour.
• 2 eggs.
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
• ¾ cup (180g/6oz) Sour Cream/Full Fat Greek Yogurt.
_For the Crumble Topping _
• ¼ cup + 2 tbsp (65g/2oz) Plain Flour.
• ¼ cup (70g/2 ½ oz) Light Brown Sugar.
• ¼ cup (40g/1 ½ oz) Porridge/Quick Cooking Oats.
• ½ tsp Cinnamon.
• Pinch of Nutmeg.
• 3½ tbsp Butter, melted.
_For the Apple Filling_
• 2 Large Eating Apples, peeled and chopped finely.
• 3 tsp Lemon Juice.
• 2 tsp Cornflour/Cornstarch.
• 1 tsp Cinnamon.
• 1 tbsp Brown/White Sugar.
_For the Decoration_
• 5 tbsp Caramel Sauce.
• 1 cup (250ml/8.45 fl oz) Cream, whipped.
• Oven Temperatures.
*Preheat the oven:*
• Fan Oven: 140°C/280°F.
• Oven: 160°C/320°F.
• Gas Mark 3.
*Method*
1. Preheat the oven to the above temperatures.
2. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
_For the biscuit base:_
1. Break up the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs, you can do this by using a food processor or by placing the biscuits in a bowl and breaking them up with the bottom of a glass.
2. Add the melted butter and mix well.
3. Divide the biscuit crumb evenly between the 12 cupcake liners and press down and smooth with the back of a teaspoon.
_For the Crumble Topping:_
1. Place the plain flour, porridge/quick oats, light brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Add the melted butter and stir until coarse crumbs form.
3. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
_For the Apple Filling:_
1. Mix the chopped apple with lemon juice, cornflour/cornstarch, cinnamon and sugar and stir to combine.
2. Set to one side until ready to use.
_For the cheesecake filling:_
1. Whisk the cream cheese until soft, add the sugar while whisking. When the sugar is fully mixed add one egg at a time while continuing to whisk the mixture.
2. Add the vanilla extract, and lemon juice and when fully mixed in add the plain flour and mix till combined.
3. Spoon in the sour cream or greek yoghurt and whisk one last time.
4. Spoon the mixture evenly between the 12 cupcake cases.
5. Add a tablespoon of the apple over the cheesecake filling and gently press down.
6. Generously add the crumble on top.
7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
8. When baked, allow to cool for 30 minutes before placing in the fridge to chill for at least 5 hours or overnight.
_To Decorate:_
1. When chilled remove the cupcake cases from each of the cheesecakes.
2. Drizzle caramel over each of the cheesecakes and top with freshly whipped cream.
3. Add a little more caramel on top of the cream.
4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
5. Any leftovers can be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.

Cheesecake:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Instructions Checklist
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth and well blended.
Step 3
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on top of pie crust
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until cream cheese mixture is set, 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool before serving, about 30 minutes.

Apple Cheesecake Bars Recipe | Episode 290
This recipe is one of those I have to be careful with. It tastes so freaking good that I am always in danger of just scarfing the whole plate on my own. These Apple Cheesecake Bars are to die for. I am a total cheesecake junkie and this recipe rolls that weakness into a an even greater dessert. The addition of Nilla wafers to the typical graham cracker crust is a cool little twist and adds so much to the over all flavor of the recipe. When you put this one out it will go quick and end up being one of the favorites that is constantly asked for. I know my co-workers ask about this one constantly so go ahead and make this one and enjoy what will end up being one of your favorite desserts!

Crust:
12 Graham Crackers
50 Nilla Wafer Cookies
12 Tbsp. Butter
Cheesecake:
2 8 oz. pckg. Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Granny Smith Apples
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

☆ APPLE CHEESE CAKE ☆
Ingredients:
1 pack butter melted ( 113 gm )
1 cup patent flour
3 eggs
4 tbsp starch
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp lemon zest
For coating:
1 can apple pie filling
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
Preparations:
-Sift flour, mix with sugar, vanilla and butter, knead by hand, spread over ⊙ 20 cm. Oven moulder, bake inside hot oven at 180 ° C for 5 minutes.
To prepare filling:
-Blend egg white until it becomes like foam texture, set aside.
- Blend egg yolks with butter, add sugar, starch and vanilla, mix well.
add labnah, egg white and lemon zest, blend well.
- Peel apple and remove seeds, cut into thin slices, arrange over the cheese cake base, pour the mixture.
- Bake cheese cake inside hot oven for 170 °C for 45 minutes, cool.
- Pour apple pie filling , dust the surface with cinnamon, refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
