FOR FUDGY BROWNIES
100g chopped chocolates
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
FOR GANACHE
1 cup chopped chocolates
1/2 cup all purpose cream (or heavy cream
Chopped peanuts for toppings
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, start melting the chopped dark chocolate with the unsalted butter using a microwave or double-boiler. Stir until completely melted. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled down a little, add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Then add eggs one at a time. Stir in between until all eggs are added and well-combined. Then add vanilla extract and salt. Mix well.
Using a clean finger, check if the sugar is completely dissolved. Once ready, sift the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Make sure to sift properly to prevent lumping parts. Then give it a good mix once more.
Prepare an 8×8 baking pan greased with butter or oil. Line with parchment or baking paper for easier unmolding.
Then, gently pour the brownie mixture to the baking pan. Tap against the table to remove air bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins. Do the toothpick test to see if it’s ready. After that, let it cool and set.
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Combine chopped chocolates and heavy cream in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for a minute until melted. Stir until completely melted and shiny. (you can also do a double-boiler method)
Pour the hot chocolate ganache onto the brownie. Top it with any kind of roasted nuts to suit your liking. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Finally, you can cut your fudgy chocolate brownie into small bite-sized cubes and set it in a small cupcake liner. Enjoy!

This easy candy bar brownie recipe is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth. It's also great to get the kids involved!
Ingredients:
Brownie Layer
-- 1 cup unsalted butter
-- 2 cups granulated sugar
-- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
-- 3 large eggs
-- 1 cup all-purpose flour
-- 1/2 tsp baking powder
-- 1/2 tsp salt
-- 1 (12 oz) bag Fun Size Butterfingers, chopped
Toppings
-- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
-- 4 cups powdered sugar
-- 1 (15 oz) jar honey roasted peanut butter
-- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
-- 1/2 teaspoon salt
-- 1 tablespoons milk, if needed
-- 6 oz milk chocolate chips, melted
-- 6 caramel morsels, melted
-- 1 cup chopped Snickers bar
-- 1 cup crushed butterfingers
-- 1/2 cup chopped Reese's cups
Directions:
-- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
-- Place butter in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, melt completely. Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk to combine well. Add remaining ingredients. Whisk until completely combined, but do not over mix. Gently stir in 1/2 of chopped Butterfingers.
-- Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Place in the freezer to cool, about 15 minutes.
-- Meanwhile: Finely chop remaining candy bars, or toss them in a blender/food processor until they are pea size crumbs. Set aside.
-- Combine butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes, then add candy bar crumbs. Stir in on low, then switch to medium speed and beat until light and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time beating between each addition until it is thick like frosting, but thin enough to spread with a spatula. Beat mixture until well combined.
-- Spread frosting over top of the cooled brownie. Pour melted chocolate over top of brownies, use a spatula to spread it across the top of the frosting. Chop Butterfinger, Snickers, and Reese's cups and sprinkle over the top of the frosting. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
*Brownie Layer
1 Box Brownie Mix
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1 Egg + 1 Egg Yolk
*Snickers Layer
1 Bag Snickers Minis, unwrapped, approximately 49 pieces
*Caramel Layer
1 Bag Caramel Bits
1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
*Ganache Layer
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
[1] Brownie Layer- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg, egg yolk, milk, and melted butter. Generously spray an 8x8 glass baking with nonstick cooking spray and pour in the batter. Use a silicone spatula to level the batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
[2] Snickers Layer - While the brownies are baking, begin to unwrap the Snickers bars. When the brownies have finished baking and are still warm, sprinkle the chopped candy bars over the brownies. Place the baking dish back in the oven for 2 minutes to slightly melt the Snickers.
[3] Caramel Layer - Place the caramel and evaporated milk in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Stir constantly until it is smooth and completely melted. Pour the melted caramel over the Snickers layer.
[4]Ganache Layer - Place the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 60 seconds. Remove and stir. Place the ganache back into the microwave and heat at 50% power for another 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Repeat at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the ganache is melted. Pour the ganache over the caramel layer of the brownies.
[4] Allow the brownies to cool completely. Cut the brownies into squares, or strips, if you want them to look like the Choco-Smash Candy Bar.
