12 lg Steamed cabbage leaves
1 c AM Blue Cornmeal
1/2 c Chopped green onions
1/2 c Whole corn
1/4 ts Powdered garlic
1/4 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Oregano
1 c Unseasoned tomato sauce
2 c Water
1 c Grated cheese
While steaming cabbage leaves, mix remaining ingredients except cheese in a sauce pan and stir with a wire whisk over medium heat until mixture is very thick. Be cautious to keep mixture stirred thoroughly. Roll 1 tablespoon mixture in each cabbage leaf. Place in baking dish and cover with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 F. - Chinese Cabbage 大白菜叶
- Minced meat 肉碎 300g
- Light soy sauce 酱清 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 蚝油 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock powder 鸡精粉 1/2 tsp
- Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
- Shaoxing wine 绍兴酒 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 玉米粉 2 tbsp
- Eggs 鸡蛋 1pcs
- Ginger cuts 姜碎
- Shiitake mushrooms cuts 香菇碎
- Carrot cuts 胡萝卜碎
- Water chestnut cuts 马蹄 (8pcs)
(Sauce 酱料)
- Cooking oil 食油
- Garlic 蒜米 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 蚝油 1 tbsp
- Chinese Cabbage juice 大白菜汤汁
- Corn flour with water to thicken 玉米粉加水勾芡

Sausage and cabbage rolls: an easy recipe for a tasty dinner!
They are one of our favorite comfort food recipes and perfect for the cold fall and winter months.
INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage Sausage
Sauce:
500ml (2 cups) milk 35g (1/4 cup) flour Salt & pepper Nutmeg Cheese
METHOD
Cut off the bottom end of a cabbage.
Remove several leaves of cabbage and remove the stem. Place in a pot of boiling water for several minutes. Strain.
Lay a cabbage leaf out flat. Cut the skin off the sausages and place it on top of each cabbage leaf. Close the cabbage into a roll.
Mix milk, flour, salt, and nutmeg in a saucepan until thick. Pour some sauce onto a baking sheet.
Arrange the rolls neatly. Add salt, pepper and pour the rest of the sauce on top, then top with
grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

Cabbage rolls simple and delicious. I show you how to make these super delicious rolls in this video. They only involve a few simple ingredients and some basic techniques. They are great served up as a lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1/3 cup uncooked white rice
8 cabbage leaves
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
Green Peppers
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Everyday Seasoning (to taste)
Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
Onion Powder (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
1 (10.75 ounce) condensed tomato soup
Add all ingredients to list
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Bring a large, wide saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add cabbage leaves and cook until softened; drain.
In a medium mixing bowl, (combine all ingredients) the ground turkey, 1 cup cooked rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper, along with 2 tablespoons of tomato soup. Mix thoroughly.
Divide the turkey mixture evenly among the cabbage leaves. Roll and secure them with toothpicks or string.
In a large skillet over medium heat, place the cabbage rolls and pour the remaining tomato soup over the top. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring and basting with the liquid often. Or bake in the over until done. Enjoy
