How To make Black Russian Chocolate Chip Cake
1 box yellow cake mix, pudding-in-the-cake
4 eggs
lightly beaten
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, mini
1/2 cup nuts :
chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 cup vodka
1/8 cup kahlua
Heat oven to 325. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. Mix together all ingredients except chips and nuts. Beat vigorously for 2 mins, then stir in chips & nuts and last 5 ingreds. Bake 50 - 60 mins. until toothpick tests clean. Cool. Remove from pan.
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water & sugar. Boil exactly 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vodka & kahlua. Prick top & sides of cake and drizzle glaze evenly over top & sides.

Chocolate Chip Kahlua Cake
1 box devils food cake mix
1 small box instant pudding
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
½ cup Kahlua (or you can use chocolate syrup, rum or bourbon)
1 carton 16 oz (regular size) sour cream (can be light)
1 package chocolate chips (you can also use white chocolate chips)
Mix 1st 5 ingredients for 2 or 3 minutes – until well blended. Fold in sour cream and chocolate chips. Pour into a well greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Note, the cake will seem a little wiggly when you take it out. Cool the cake, remove from Bundt pan, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

2 Tbsp Apricot
2 Tbsp Black Raisin
2 Tbsp Red Cherry
2 Tbsp Dates
1/3 Cup Tutti Frutti
Soak For 30 Min.
Separate 2 Tbsp Fruits
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tspn Baking Powder
½ Tspn Baking Soda
½ Tspn Cinnamon Powder
¼ Tspn Nutmeg Powder
Sieve
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
Soaked Fruits
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Pistachio
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
1 Tspn Orange Zest
¼ Cup Oil
¾ Cup Milk
Mix Well
5 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper
Pour The Batter
Soaked Remaing Dry Fruits
Place a Pan With Wire Stand
Pre Heat For 5-7 Min.
Place the Mould
Cook For 40-45 Min.
