Easy Loaded Beef and Bean Burrito - Recipe (Better than Taco Bell!) Annie's Kitchen

I decided to show you how to make a huge monster beef and bean burrito, loaded with plenty of cheese, sour cream and fresh pico de gallo. You really won't miss Taco Bell after eating this!

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
8 Tortilla Wraps
500g Beef mince
4 fresh, firm tomatoes
1-2 shallots/ red onion
1 medium brown onion
1 red bell pepper
Fresh/canned Jalapeno
1 Lemon/Lime
4 garlic cloves
Chilli Powder (to taste)
1 can chopped tomato
2 TBSP tomato puree/ paste
1 and 1/2 TSP cumin
1 and 1/2 TSP smoked paprika
80ml vegetable/ beef stock
1 can Black Beans
1 handful Fresh Coriander
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Sour Cream
Cheese

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Herbed Sour Cream:
-Olper’s cream ¾ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
Prepare Mexican Salad:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 1 Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 Cup
-Pickled jalapenos sliced ½ Cup
-Iceberg shredded 1 & ½ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped handful
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Prepare Beef Mince Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled 250g
Assembling:
-Tortilla 11 inches
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
Directions:
Prepare Herbed Sour Cream:
-In cream,add lemon juice,black pepper powder,salt,fresh parsley & mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.Herbed sour cream is ready!
Prepare Mexican Salad:
-In a bowl,add tomatoes,corn kernels,capsicum,pickled jalapenos,iceberg,fresh parsley,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,salt,olive oil,toss well & set aside.
Prepare Beef Mince Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add cumin powder,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,salt,mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Add red kidney beans,mix well & cook on high flame until it dries up (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-On tortilla,add & spread prepared herbed sour cream.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,prepared bef mince filling,prepared mexican salad,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,fold all the sides & roll it.
-Grease grill pan with cooking oil,place rolled tortilla & grill from both sides (makes 6-7).
-Cut & serve with herbed sour cream!

-Cream mein lemon juice,kali mirch powder,namak aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein.Herbed sour cream tayyar hai.
Prepare Mexican Salad:
-Bowl mein tamatar,corn kernels,shimla mirch,pickled jalapenos,iceberg,fresh parsley,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,namak aur olive oil dal dein aur ache tarhan toss ker ka side per rakh dein.
Prepare Beef Mince Filling:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Zeera powder,paprika powder,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lal lobia dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Tortilla per tayyar herbed sour cream dal ker pheela lein.
-Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,tayyar beef qeema filling,prepared mexican salad,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein.
-Grill pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein,rolled tortilla rakh dein aur dono sides sa grill ker lein (makes 6-7).
-Cut ker lein aur herbed sour cream ka saath serve karein!

Frozen Beefy Cheesy Burritos
This recipe makes 6 burritos that you can store frozen, and reheat in less than 3 minutes. Way better for you and tastes way better than Taco Bell ????
Since this recipe is also so simple (it took me less than 20 minutes from start to finish, minimal ingredients/cooking) - you can easily double or triple the recipe to yield multiple weeks worth of burritos!
Per burrito (makes 6)
365 Cals
28g Protein
35g Carbs
13g Fat
Ingredients:
16oz 93% beef
1 packet taco seasoning
200g 2% Greek yogurt
100g red enchilada sauce
60g 2% cheddar
2 laughing cow cheese wedges or 60g light cream cheese
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
6 burrito sized tortillas
To reheat - you can simply microwave these for 2-3 minutes (one at a time) and they’ll be good to go! If you prefer a crispy exterior, microwave for ~1-1.5 minutes to defrost, then air fry or pan fry until crispy ????
