How To make Beef& Salsa Burritos
1 1/4 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package (10-oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed,
well
drained 1 1/4 cups prepared chunky salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 medium flour tortillas, :
warmed
In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa, heat through. Remove from heat stir in cheese. Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges. Makes 8 burritos. 1996 National Cattleman's Beef Association and Beef Board.

In pressure cooker - 1 hour 20 minutes. In crockpot 3-4 hours.

✅ use homemade flour tortillas
Warning ⚠️use 1-2 chile serranos if you dont want spicy, I added the chile habanero because my chile serranos were not spicy at all and we like a little heat in our salsas ☺️
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs thinly sliced chicken breast or you can use thigh
Salt I used 2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried cilantro flakes
1/2 tsp ground coriander
For the enchilada salsa
4 hatch or anahaim green peppers
15 tomatillos
2-4 chile jalapenos or serranos
1/2 small onion
4 garlic cloves
Handful of cilantro
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt I used 2 tsp
Queso oaxaca
pico de gallo
Large flour tortillas
refried beans
mexican rice
