How To make Beef & Orange Burritos
Ingredients
1
teaspoon
olive oil
1
each
onion, chopped
1
each
green pepper, chopped
3
each
garlic cloves, crushed
1
tablespoon
orange rind, grated
2
teaspoon
cumin, ground
1
teaspoon
chili powder
1/4
cup
orange juice
1
lean ground beef, cooked, drained
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute onion, pepper, cloves, orange rind, cumin & chili powder in oil (and Pam if needed) until almost tender. Add orange juice & stir until liquid evaporates.
Add cooked & drained ground beef & stir long enough until flavors have blended together.
Serve with heated flour tortillas & your choice of the following
accompaniments: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped scallions, salsa, refried beans, tabasco sauce, sliced jalapenos.

Carne Asada Burrito Recipe - How to make a Burrito
Here is a recipe that gives you the taco truck style of a delicious carne asada burrito. The best part about his recipe is that the toppings are to your tastes. I use a fresh pico de gallo, avocado, cheses, mexican crema and a homemade salsa to make the perfect homemade burrito. I hope you like it! :)
CARNE ASADA INGREDIENTS
2 lbs skirt steak or (beef of your choice)
1 medium to large orange
1 medium lime
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tsp garlic powder ( I said 1 tsp in video...whoops!)
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
