1 t Minced garlic
1/2 t Onion powder
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/4 c Melted butter
1/2 lb Medium shrimp
1 lb Boneless chicken breast
eel shrimp and cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine Garlic, Onion owder, Cumin and melted Butter. Marinate shrimp and chicken while reparing grill. String shrimp and chicken onto separate skewers. ook about 5 inches above hot coals, allowing 5 minutes for shrimp and 0 minutes for chicken. Turn once or twice while cooking and baste ften with remaining marinade.

16-20 Raw Deveined Headless Shrimp (0.870kg)
1 Semi-Ripe Plantain
2 Zucchinis
1 Red Onion
1/2 Sweet Onion
1/2 Cup Sliced Fresh Pineapple
3 Small Bell Peppers
3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
3/4 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Allspice Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Lemon & Pepper Seasoning

OVEN-BAKED BBQ SHRIMP NEW ORLEANS STYLE
4 pounds thawed LARGE or JUMBO SHRIMP, deveined, shell-on
2 cups melted BUTTER
1/4 cup WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 cup FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 generous Tablespoons BLACK PEPPER
2 teaspoons SALT
2 dashes or more of HOT SAUCE (I use Louisiana Hot Sauce)
2 generous teaspoons chopped or minced GARLIC
2 thinly sliced LEMONS
In a 9 x 13 baking dish pour all the ingredients except the shrimp and lemon slices. Stir to mix. Layer half the thawed shrimp in the mixture then place 4 slices of lemon. Layer the other half the shrimp and place 4 slices of lemon on top. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes stirring and tossing the shrimp half way through baking. Serve in a bowl with lots of the buttery broth. Make sure to have plenty of french bread for dunking into the broth and enjoying!!

My buddy Dave Jimenez used to make tons of these bacon wrapped gems. There was a lot of labor involved in making tons of these for a huge Super Bowl party but I have found that the reward is worth it!
