Who’s up for some beef back ribs? Not a whole lot of meat on them but super easy to make.
Worchestire for the binder and seasoned with @meatchurch Holy Cow, they hot the @biggreenegg indirect, 250 degrees for about 4 hours. Pulled off when they were probe tender, around 208-210 internal.
Rest for an hour in foil and enjoy! Super beefy, tender and delicious. Definitely give these a try! #reels #grillinwithdad #bbq #tasty #beef #eeeeeatscon #nomnom #recipe #backyardbbq

Beef Back Ribs ????????
3 slabs of ribs Spice Rub: 2 tsp chipotle chili powder 2 tsp garlic 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp thyme Salt to taste
Mustard as a binder and slab on your favorite bbq sauce!
Cook for around 2.5 hours! You want the meat to be shriveled closer to itself and almost pulling off the bone! Just broil it with the sauce until it absorbs it all.
To smoke take a natural light charcoal and place in a plate covered with aluminum foil with olive oil! Cover and smoke for 10 minutes or so!
