How To make Banana Pumpkin Bread
1/2 C applesauce
at room temperature
2 egg whites :
whipped
3 Tbsps orange juice at room temperature
1 C bananas :
mashed
1/2 C pumpkin
2 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour Unbleached
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C brown sugar :
packed
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/8 Tsp cloves
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 C raisins
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, orange juice, bananas, and pumpkin. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, and raisins. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake for 1 1/4 hours depending on pan size.

Delicious Pumpkin Banana Bread
1 3/4 cups of All purpose flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs (at room temperature)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 banana
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Directions:
Add wet ingredients oil, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and Vanilla extract and mix for two minutes. Then add pumpkin puree and banana and mix for another two minutes. While mixing as baking powered, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and cinnamon and mix for 30 seconds. Then add flour and mix until almost combined. Then scrap down sides of bowl and then mix for another 30 seconds. While mixer is still on add walnuts and add half of the raisins and mix a few seconds and add the last half of the raisins and mix for a few more seconds. Add bread batter to a greased loaf pan. Bake bread for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Let bread cool completely before removing bread from pan. Then slice your bread and enjoy!

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup yogurt
2 eggs
Banana Walnut Loaf
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup walnuts, crushed
1 cup ripe banana, mashed
Pumpkin Spice Loaf
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¾ cup pepitas
1 cup pumpkin puree
Cheesy Zucchini Loaf
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 sprig fresh thyme
¾ cup white cheddar, grated
1 cup zucchini, grated
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 60-70 minutes. Tent with foil if top begins to get too dark. Enjoy!

Raisins 80g(1/2cup)
375 F/190 C bake for 15-20 minutes
