How To make Banana Bread 4
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Ground allspice
1/4 ts Grated nutmeg
1 ts Grated lemon peel (optional)
1/4 c Ground almonds (optional)
1/2 c Butter or margarine
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Mashed banana (4 medium
-bananas) 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. 2. Sift flour,baking
powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, allspice and nutmeg together in bowl. Add lemon peel and almonds. Stir until combined. Set aside. 3. Beat butter in large mixing bowl until soft amd creamy. Beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until thoroughly blended. Beat in flour mixture alternately with bananas until mixture is well blended. Pour into prepared pan. 4. Bake in center of oven 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 5. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Invert from pan and cool completely on rack. Variation: Banana-walnut or -pecan bread: Omit almonds. Add 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans with bananas.

Perfectly Moist Banana Bread Recipe
4 ripe Bananas
1 cup of White Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)
1 cup of Brown Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)5 Eggs
1 cup of Butter
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons of Almond Extract
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 cup of Almond Flour or Almond meal
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda
Mash bananas and add sugar and then beat in butter and then eggs and extracts, then combine in the remaining ingredients. Divide mixture into two greased loaf pans and baking in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Then cool and enjoy!!

Ultra MOIST Oatmeal Banana Bread

UPSIDE DOWN BANANA BREAD:
4 ripe bananas
1c sugar
3tbs water
-
1c brown sugar
4 overripe bananaes
3/4c butter (browned)
1/2c peanut butter
1tbs vanilla extract
2 eggs
-
2c cake flour
1.5tsp salt
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg

1/2c dark chocolate (chopped up)
3/4c toasted walnuts or pecans (chopped up)
- Grab a 9x13 baking dish and place parchment paper down, and grease it
- Cut the ripe bananas in half and place them face down on the parchment paper
- melt the sugar and water over high heat until lightly caramelized, then pour over the bananas and set aside
- in a large mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients together and mix together.
- in a separate mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, then whisk into the wet mix, in 2 batches.
- fold in the nuts and chocolate
- add on top of the bananas, smooth it out and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Until a toothpick comes out mostly clean near the center
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, invert it onto cutting board or platter and remove the parchment
- Allow it to cool another 10 minutes then cut it into squares!
