peeled and Minced 1 Chipotle pepper
chopped 1 1/3 lb Fish fillets :
(thick) Ground black pepper -- to Taste Combine the orange juice, cilantro, olive oil, garlic and chipotle. Place the fish in a glass dish and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate 1 hour. Pan Grilled Salmon in Sweet Chili Sauce
Recipe Salmon Fillets - 2, remove skin Orange juice - 1/2 cup Chilli Garlic Sauce / Chilli Oil - 2 tablespoons Honey - 2 tablespoons Ginger garlic - 1 tablespoon ( paste or freshly chopped) Salt . - 1/2 teaspoon ( add more if required) White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Onion Seeds ( Kalonji) - 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon Oil - 1 tablespoon
Method:
Make a marinade by mixing orange juice, chili garlic sauce, ginger garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper( white and black), onion seeds and honey.
Marinate the fish fillets prepared into the marinade. In a hot skillet, add oil and pan fry the salmon fillets for around 2 - 3 mins on each side or until crisp golden. Don't over cook the salmon or press it while cooking it will loose all its moisture and juices. Once done, remove fillets.
Clean the skillet and add all the remaining marinade into the pan and cook until it thickens. Add fish fillets back into the sauce and sauté until glazed on both sides.
Serve with vegetables and crispy skin on the top.
