salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/3 tsp dried pepper flakes
crackers with chopped parsley (optional)
bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Super Delicious and Elegant Oven Baked Whole Branzino Fish
Whole Baked Bronzini
Growing up in Israel makes tons of unforgettable weeknight meals with fresh fish and veggies gathering the whole family around the table in minutes. Light meals with whole fish that don’t take much time to put together and yet the smell and taste are beyond rewarding and satisfying. This Bronzini Fish is so festive, light, moist, juicy and, flavorful. Each bite is a dream in your mouth. Best to serve it with creamy mashed potatoes, or the classic yummy French fries. Whichever way you choose, this fish is our go-to when we crave something easy and impressive.
Ingredients:
2 bronzini, cleaned and soaked in lemon water for 15 minutes
1 tomato, sliced thick
10 grape tomatoes, washed
1 red onion, cut in to 4-6 wedges
6 cloves garlic, peeled
Handful fresh: cilantro, parsley, dill
1 lemon, sliced
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tbsp dry rosemary
½ tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Using a wide pot or baking sheet, lay parchment paper. Place the fish on top and arrange all veggies around in a random order.
Insert 2 lemon slices inside the belly.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary, cumin, herbs, and drizzle the olive oil.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Optional- Broil for 1-2 minutes before removing from the oven, paying attention not to dry out the fish.
Remove from the oven and baste the fish with all the juices from the pan.
Enjoy while it's warm.

Foil Fish Fillet
Ingredients for fish:
2 Fish fillet
1 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 ½ tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Black pepper crushed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Basil (dry)
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
2 pieces Lemon slices
Ingredients for lemon butter sauce:
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
Yellow food color (few drops)
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
Directions for fish:
In a bowl mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, dry basil and parsley.
Marinate fish fillet in the mixture for one hour at least.
Cover the marinated fish in foil; add lemon slices on top and oven bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Directions for sauce:
In a pan add lemon juice, garlic and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add salt, butter, chopped parsley, mix well and your sauce is ready.
Serve with grilled fish and enjoy.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Serving: 5-6

نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
بیزل 1چائے کا چمچ
پارسلے 1کھانے کا چمچ
لیموں کے سلائس 2عدد
لیمن بٹر سوس بنانے کے اجزاء:
لیموں کا رس 3کھانے کے چمچ
لہسن 1کھانے کا چمچ
مکھن 2کھانے کے چمچ
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
پیلا کھانے کا رنگ چند قطرے
پارسلے 1کھانے کا چمچ
فِش ترکیب:
ایک باؤل میں زیتون کا تیل، لہسن، لیموں کا رس، کالی مرچ، نمک، بیزل اور خشک پارسلے ڈال کر تمام اجزاء اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور مچھلی کو اس مکسچر میں ایک گھنٹے کے لئے میرینیٹ کر لیں۔
اب اس مچھلی کوفوائل پیپر میں رکھ کر اس پر لیموں کے سلائس رکھیں اور 375کے ٹمپریچر پر دس منٹ کے لئے بیک کر لیں۔
سوس بنانے کی ترکیب:
ایک پین میں لیموں کا رس اور لہسن ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر تین سے چار منٹ پکائیں۔
اب نمک، مکھن اور چوپڈ پارسلے ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں، سوس تیار ہے۔
مزیدار گرلڈ فِش تیار ہے۔
