6 ea Small chopped green onions
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb Flounder
1/4 t Salt & pepper
1/2 t Dried whole italian season
2 T Olive oil
1/4 t Soy sauce
1/2 c White wine
1/4 c Orange juice
3 T Curacau liqueur
1 ea Paprika
2 T Minced parsley
Layer half of each of green onions and mushrooms in a greased 9-inch baking dish. Add fish, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italiian seasoning. add remaining onions and mushrooms. Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients, pour over vegetables and fish. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until fish is opaque. Sprinkle with paprika and
parsley.

This is a very quick and easy fish fillet recipe which is prepared in few minutes.
This 5 minutes Indian Fish Fry Recipe is made with spices like oregano, coriander, etc which gives it a heavenly taste.
This is a perfect Christmas and New Year Special Recipe which you can make for your family.
Ingredients use:
For Marination of Fish:
1) Basa or Bhetki Fish Fillet (250 gms)
2) Salt
3) Black Pepper Powder
4) Chilli Flakes
5) Oregano
6) All Purpose Flour for Coating the Fish
For Sauce Preparation:
1) Butter
2) 2 tbsp Garlic
3) 3 tbsp Lemon juice
4) Salt
5) Water
6) Coriander Leaves
White Fish with Orange Sauce
In Japan this is the season for mikan so I wanted to make a dinner meal with them. Orange sauce goes very well with white fish (I use isaki, aka chicken grunt). Any mildly flavored white fish will do! The flavors combine together very well so I hope you enjoy it. :)

Any mildly flavored white fish
Any vegetables and herbs you’d like to eat with the fish
(I used eggplant, bell pepper, avocado, carrots, baby lettuce, parsley, dill)

150ml white wine
30-50m heavy cream
80-100g unsalted butter
30-50g onion
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Perfectly Pan Seared Orange Roughy Fish Fillet Recipe by Gastro Guru I Quick & Delicious Dinner Idea
Orange Roughy Fish Fillet seasoned/brushed with awesome marinade, then pan seared to perfection - 2 minutes per side. Served with Radish & Tomato Slices. Quick, Easy, Delicious & Oh So Healthy!
Ingredients
Main Ingredient:
1/2 LB Orange Rough fish fillet
2 TBSP cooking/veg. oil
Ingredients for Marinade/Brushing Sauce:
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/4 TSP garlic powder
1 TBSP hand crushed dry oregano
Salt, crushed black pepper, red chili pepper powder to taste
Cooking Instruction/Method
In a small bowl add all ingredients listed under Marinade. Mix well, set aside
Clean and pat down Orange Roughy fish fillet with paper towel
Brush both side of fish fillet with marinade, set aside
Heat a nonstick pan on medium high
Once hot add cooking/veg. oil to pan
Once oil starts to smoke sear fish fillet on both sides/2 minutes per side
Transfer fish fillet to serving dish
Spoon cooked Orange Roughy fish fillet with remaining juices from pan
Serve with round tomato & radish slices seasoned with salt & black pepper
Walla! Your super delicious Pan Seared Orange Roughy fish fillet is ready!
