½ Onion
3 Sprigs Green Onion
2 Maggi Cubes or 3 tsp of Knorr Seasoning
2 tbsp Paprika

Roasting a whole fish in the oven could be intimidating. Today, I am showing you how to roast Branzino in the oven. Join me to learn how to roast a perfect golden brown fish every time.
The same technique can be used to roast any fish in the oven.

Ingredients
2- 1lb Whole Branzino
6 Cloves of garlic (whole)
6 Lemon slices
6 Parsley sprigs
Salt and pepper
283g Grape tomatoes
3 tbsp Olive oil
6- 12” twine strings

The Perfect Oven grilled RED SNAPPER and roasted potatoes dinner

INGREDIENTS:
Oven grilled red snapper ingredients
* Oven grilled red snapper ingredients
• 4 Lbs whole red snapper cleaned
• Rind and fruit of 1 lemon dehydrated
• 1 tsp dry red chili flakes
• 2 tbsp dry onion flakes
• 1 & 1/2 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• 2 tsp granulated garlic
• vegetable bedding:- cut into rings, 1 red bell pepper, 1 red onion, 2 jalapeño peppers.
• add 3 tbsp cooking olive oil to 1
heaping tbsp of dry rub, drizzle (1/4 tsp honey, and stir into a sauce to be applied to fish and vegetable bedding.
*** store rest of dry rub in an air tight container for future use ***
*** broil/grill fish in oven at 500°F for 10 mins each, then bake at 400°F for 20 mins. ***
Roasted potatoes ingredients:
• 5 medium russet potatoes
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tbsp cooking olive oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
• 1/4 tap freshly crushed black pepper
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 clove garlic minced
• Chopped parsley for garnish

Tasty Oven-Roasted Sea Bream Recipe || Easy and Flavourful Oven Baked Whole Fish Recipe
This easy and flavourful oven-roasted whole fish recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy fresh seafood. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep, you can have a delicious meal on the table in no time. The whole fish is scored, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, and then roasted in the oven until tender and flaky. The result is a perfectly cooked, moist and flavourful fish with a crispy exterior. The dish is versatile and can be customized with your favourite herbs and spices, making it a great option for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion meal. It's sure to impress your guests with its beautiful presentation and mouth-watering aroma.
Ingredients:
1 Large Whole Fish, Scaled and Gutted (Sea bream, sea bass or red snapper )
2- 3 tsp Olive Oil
Seasoning Salt
2 tsp Black pepper
1 lime juice
Rosemary
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Clean and prepare the whole fish, removing the scales, gut and gills. Rinse the fish inside and out under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.
Use a sharp knife to score the fish on both sides. This will help the fish to cook evenly and allow the flavours to penetrate the flesh.
Brush the fish on both sides with oil and season the fish generously with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic, both inside and out. You can also add some fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley.
Marinate for 30 minutes if you have time
Place the fish on a baking tray or a roasting pan lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle some olive oil over the fish, or place small pieces of butter on top of the fish. You can also add some sliced lemon or lime on top of the fish.
Roast the fish in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, depending on the size of the fish. Check for doneness by inserting a fork or a knife in the thickest part of the fish. If the flesh flakes easily and is opaque, the fish is done.
Remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. You can garnish the fish with some more fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
** NOTE: Marinating the fish for 30 minutes can help to enhance the flavour and texture of the fish. If you don't have the time to marinate, you can still cook it right away and it will still taste delicious. Alternatively, you can marinate the fish and then FREEZE it for later use. This is a great option for meal prepping or when you want to have a quick and easy dinner on hand. To freeze the marinated fish, place it in an airtight container or freezer bag and remove as much air as possible. Label the container with the date and freeze for up to 3 months. When you're ready to cook the fish, simply thaw it in the refrigerator overnight and then cook as desired.

EASIEST BAKED WHOLE FISH RECIPE EVER! EUROPEAN SEA BASS — BRANZINO
European Sea Bass also known as “Branzino” is by far my favourite fish to bake or grill in the summer. It is so incredibly easy and you never have to be intimidated ever again with this easy method. You can absolutely do this with any whole fish you love. Please ask your grocery store or fish monger for European Sea Bass and they will direct you. Truth is, just like any cut of meat all the flavour is ALWAYS in the bones. When you cook a whole fish you have so much more flavour and it’s so incredibly easy to make too. This type of fish reminds me of growing up on the Black Sea and the Mediterranean too. My dad and I would order a grilled fish which they just caught fresh in the sea and nothing felt more nostalgic than this. Picking out the bones was my favourite part because it made you work for your delicious meal and made it that much more worth it. You will need:

1 whole Branzino also known as European Sea Bass — mine was 0.406kg for reference
salt and pepper to taste
drizzle of olive oil
3 thinly sliced lemon slices
fresh lemon thyme or parsley
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please note : Please be careful when eating this fish as it does have some bones. It will not taste fishy at all and you can add any herb in the crevice that you wish. You can use any white fish you like for this recipe. Make sure the eyes are clear and the fish is fresh — if it’s fresh it won’t have a strong smell.

Pre-heat oven to 400F or you can make it on the BBQ as well. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil on each side of the fish and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper in the crevice as well. I added lemon thyme from the garden and lemons to the crevice ( parsley works too ). Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 25-30 minutes. Mine took 30 min and I let it rest for 5. Remove the lemons and herbs from the crevice and gently open up your fish. Discard the fish bone and any additional bones. Garnish with parsley, lemons, and drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy and follow for more.
