Cheese and Prosciutto Puff Pastry Twists | Makes 10
????INGREDIENTS????
1 sheet of Pre Rolled Puff Pastry (see notes)
5 slices Prosciutto/Parma Ham (see notes)
1 1/2 cups / 150g Cheddar, finely grated (see notes)
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Black Pepper, to taste
????METHOD????
Unroll your pastry and place straight onto a baking sheet in a suitably sized oven tray.
Evenly space out your cheese and push down with your hands to flatten. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper, then evenly space out your slices of prosciutto. You might need to cut a piece in half/quarter to fit perfectly.
Take a sharp knife and cut into 1 inch strips. Space out the strips then twist a couple of times. Important to give your Twists space in the oven else they will stick together!
Brush the visible parts of pastry with egg wash, then pop in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden and crispy. If they start to char too quickly then lower the heat.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Ready Rolled Rectangle Puff Pastry Sheet (10oz/275g)
4 tbsp Ketchup
7 oz Thin Bacon Slices (200g)
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce , a drizzle -
1 cup Cheddar Cheese , grated -
METHOD:
First preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
Meanwhile unfold puff pastry sheet & spread ketchup over it. Arrange bacon slices so they cover the whole pastry sheet.
Sprinkle cheese over and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
Take the longer edge of the pastry and roll it (like a Swiss roll). Slice them into 1½ cm (0.5inch).
Transfer them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes or until nice golden brown and the pastry has puffed (it will look crispy, brown and layered).
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 16 Pinwheels

prosciutto - 100 g (3.5 oz)
feta cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
thyme - 7 g (0.25 oz)
garlic - 25 g (0.9 oz)

Super Easy Puff Pastry Cheese Twists
In this video I go through the steps of making some easy puff pastry cheese twists. These are a great hit at a party or in the kids lunch box.
Full Recipe:
These twists are pretty easy to quickly make and will take about 10 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes in the oven. You will need to make sure the pastry is defrosted before you go to start these.
Below are all the ingredients that I use in this recipe.
• 1 Sheet of puff pastry
• 1/3 Cup shredded cheese
• ¼ Cup parmesan
• 2 tsp. garlic
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 large egg beaten
• ½ tsp salt
You can add lots of different ingredients to this recipe to create delicious flavour combinations. One of my personal favourites is adding some green pesto to the pastry before I add the cheese. This is just one example of the many variations you can try.
It’s important to make sure you have preheated the oven to the correct temperature before adding the puff pastry cheese twists into the oven. You may find if you add it into a cold oven that the pastry doesn’t puff up very much.
If you’re saving these for later then make sure you let them cool down before storing them. If you store them whilst they’re hot they will likely go soggy and will not be very nice to eat.
