How To make Chili Cheese Puff

5 Eggs
1/4 c All purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Cottage cheese
2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
-cheese (8oz) 1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
1 cn (4oz) chopped green chilies,
-drained In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in next five ingredients. Add green chilies. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve immediately. Makes 6-8 servings.
