5 Eggs 1/4 c All purpose flour 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 c Cottage cheese 2 c Shredded Monterey Jack -cheese (8oz) 1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted 1 cn (4oz) chopped green chilies, -drained In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in next five ingredients. Add green chilies. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Chili Cheese Hot Dog Bake Recipe: Hot dogs 1 Pkg. Puff Pastry Thick Chili (homemade or canned) Cheese Egg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll up hot dogs with puff pastry, using water to make dough stick together. Cut dogs in half. Place them on pastry in a square pattern and cut around the square. Place on baking sheet. Fill center with chili and cheese. Use an egg wash around pastry and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of pastry. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
