Prepared Pie Pastry 4 Eggs 1 lb Ricotta Cheese 1/2 lb Crumbled Bleu Cheese 4 c Cooked Broccoli Florets Preheat oven to 400?F for 10 minutes. Beat eggs until light. Mix in both cheeses, pepper and nutmeg until well mixed. Stir in broccoli. Set aside. Place prepared pie crust in 9" quiche dish. Pour filling into crust. Bake 30 minutes.

Deliciously Easy Broccoli Cheese Soup
In this video, I make an incredible easy broccoli cheese soup. This soup makes for a delicious lunch or dinner. The best thing about it is that you don't need to put in much effort to make it.

This soup will last in the fridge for a few days covered. Like most soups, I wouldn’t freeze it as they generally don’t reheat very well. Especially soups that contain a lot of dairy like this one.

¼ cup unsalted butter 1 onion, diced 2 tsp garlic crushed 3 heaped cups Broccoli florets, chopped (Fresh or Frozen) 4 cups chicken stock 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups milk ½ cup cornstarch
If you want to change this soup to better suit your tastes, then try changing the type of cheese in it. Cheddar is a great replacement to mozzarella, but you will find a blue cheese more to your liking if you love a strong-tasting cheese.
One of the best parts of this recipe is how easy it is to prepare. Cooking involves just one pot, so you don’t need to worry about making a ton of dishes.
The cornflour and milk mixture is very important if you want a thick soup. If you don’t mind it being runny, then you can leave this out.

Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup onions, chopped
20 ounces packages frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack
salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve butter crackers 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg and onions.
Step 3
Place frozen broccoli into a very large mixing bowl. Break up the frozen broccoli. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of broccoli, and mix well. Sprinkle on cheese, Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. Top with cracker mixture.
