How To make Cauliflower Cheese Puff
2 slices bread
1 1/2 cups cauliflower
cooked
2 teaspoons butter
2 eggs :
separated
1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2% fat
1 slice onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Butter the bread and crumb. Chop the cauliflower and add. Blend yolks, cheese, onion, and seasonings till smooth. Add to cauliflower, Beat whites until stiff and fold in. Put in greased 1 qt. casserole, set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350F for about 40 min. or till firm.

- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt ( to taste )
- Black pepper ( to taste )
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1+3/4 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1+2/3 cup Water
Sauce :
- 5 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Black pepper ( to taste )
- Salt ( to taste )
- 1 tsp Basil powder ( dried )
- 1 tsp Mint powder ( dried )

▶ Tips :
- Add water little by little.
- Fry until golden and crispy , then you can place on paper towel to drain.

You can slip some broccoli in there too if you like as well as sweet potato - what ever you find in the pantry. But the combination of cauliflower cheese and caramelized red onions is such a heavenly treat, that once you make these, they will be in your heart forever.
Half a cauliflower
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cups of milk
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
3 tablespoons good olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (2 ounces)
1 cup freshly grated Gruyere cheese (2 ounces)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the outer green leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into florets, discarding the stems. Place the florets on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Toss well. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing once, until the cauliflower is tender and starts to brown. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and Gruyere and bake for 1 to 2 more minutes, just until the cheese melts. Season to taste and serve hot or warm.

When taping this episode, Ina garnished the dish with chopped parsley before serving.
