ngredients:
Cooked rice - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Black sesame seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Salt
Oil - For deep frying
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Steps:
Crush cooked rice and rice flour in mixie without adding water.
Transfer it to a wide bowl.
Add cumin seeds, black sesame seeds,1 tbsp oil and salt and make a smooth dough of it.
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Take a portion and roll it into a thin layer like chapathi using a rolling pin. Avoid flipping to prevent chipping.
Run a knife and cut out the uneven edges. Now run the knife vertically and diagonally cutting into small pieces.
Gently take a piece and shape it as a flower petal. Press the bottom edge.
Repeat the steps for the rest of the pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them them til crispy.
If you prefer savoury version, you can enjoy it as such.
For the sweet version, add sugar and a quarter cup of water in a pan and heat it.
Stir often til the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes thick and sticky.
Reduce the heat and add the fried pieces.
Mix everything well.
Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down.
On cooling, the sugar crystallises.

SUSHI RICE INGREDIENTS AND PREP
• 2 cup - short-grain rice
• 3 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp salt
Bring water to a boil and add rice.
Lower heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes
Dilute sugar and salt in rice wine vinegar.
After the rice is cooked spread out on a sheet pan to cool
to room temp.
After cooled, add rice wine vinegar mixture and refrigerate for at least an hour before using for fried rice.

PIZZA MARGHERITA INGREDIENTS
• 12 Campari Tomatoes
• 6-8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
• 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
• 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp - perfect pinch Italian seasoning
or 1 tsp dry basil and 1 tsp dry oregano
