How To make Wheat and Meat Chili
1 c Wheat kernels,whole
1/4 c Lard
2 Onions
1 1/2 lb Beef,coarse grind
2 tb Red chile,hot,ground
2 tb Red chile,mild,ground
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 ts Oregano,dried,pref. Mexican
2 ts Cumin
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Chile caribe
8 oz Green chiles,diced
8 oz Tomato paste
32 oz Tomato juice
1. In a heavy saucepan, boil the presoaked wheat, covered, for 1 hour in
the water used for soaking. Add more water as the kernels cook, if necessary.~ 2. Melt the suet or lard in a lrge heavy pot over medium-high heat. Remove the rendered suet pieces, add the onions to the pot, and cook until they are translucent.~ 3. Combine the beef with the ground chile, garlic, oregano, cumin, and salt to taste. Add this beef-and-spice mixture to the pot with the onions. Break up any lumps with a fork and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is evenly browned. Stir in the caribe, green chiles, tomato paste, and tomato juice.~ 4. Drain the wheat, reserving the liquid, and stir in the kernels. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer uncovered, for 1 hour. If the chili begins to get too dry, add some of the liquid the wheat was cooked in. Taste and adjust seasonings.~

Eli's Damn Good Vegan Chili Recipe:
1 tbsp canola/vegetable oil
1 white onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced OR 1 tsp garlic powder
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, halved lengthwise, cut into ¼ inch pieces (optional)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 lb. (or bag) meatless crumbles (Gardein, Beyond Meat, or Impossible are all gluten-free!)
½ tsp chili powder
1 packet chili seasoning (McCormick brand has a gluten-free option!)
1 ½ - 2 cups water
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained/rinsed
1 (15 oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained/rinsed
1 can Bush’s Chili Magic Chili Starter
2 carrots, peeled and julienned or shredded
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper powder (or to taste)
1 ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
garnish with green onions, sour cream, cheese, corn chips, jalapenos, etc!

This thing is great to make for meal preps or cater to a large amount of people. Accompanied by homamade oven chips, this Chili Non-Carne is sure to be a winner!
Ingredients:

Diced Tomatoes
Tomato Puree
Sweet Corn
Chick Peas
Kidney Beans
Lentils (I used Brown & Green)
Bulgur
Spices / Flavour! Just use what you have x

Classic Beef Chili Recipe
This is a tasty recipe for a quick and delicious classic beef chili.
This recipe requires the following ingredients:
1 pound of chili meat or 1 pound of ground beef
2 tablespoons of canola oil
1/2 cup white onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 15oz. can of chopped whole tomatoes
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of chili powder
2 teaspoons of cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of crushed black pepper
2 teaspoons of oregano
1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 can of pinto beans
