Super easy sourdough starter discard crackers! After making this recipe a few times now (I'm legit addicted!!!), I came up with a couple alterations to the recipe (see below). Hope you guys enjoy! Let me know what you think. ????

Silicone baking mats:
Whole Wheat Flour:
???? Vegan Sourdough Crackers Recipe:
200g sourdough starter discard (straight from the fridge is fine!)
40g olive oil
120g whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt (1/4 teaspoon more if not using any other seasoning)
2-3 teaspoons seasoning of your choice! (I like herbs de Provence blend or everything but the bagel seasoning)*
Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350F for 24 mins (turning the pan halfway through)
*After testing this a few times, I found it's best to mix the seasonings directly into the dough instead of trying to sprinkle anything on top.
