Mouthwatering Tres Leches Waffles Recipe
Tres leches waffles are the perfect brunch food. Tres leches means three milks and waffles are soaked in a syrup made from three different kinds of milk - evaporated cow's milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk. This makes waffles super moist and delicious! You can also add blueberries or strawberries to your waffles for an extra nutritious breakfast.

Homemade Waffles Recipe
Homemade waffles are the kind of comforting dish that everybody love and never get enough with. This is my favorite waffle recipe so far. The batter is easy to work with and the waffles come out light, crispy and fluffy.
To print the recipe check the full recipe on my blog:
Ingredients
Makes about 10 waffles
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp (8g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
3 tbsp (45g) sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
2 cups (480ml) milk
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp (45g) butter - melted
1.In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, butter, vanilla and 1 cup milk. Add flour mixture and mix until well combined. Gradually add the other cup of milk and whisk to combine.
3. Whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the yolks mixture.
4. Preheat your waffle iron and spray both surfaces with cooking spray or grease with oil. Pour about 1/3 cup batter onto one side of the iron and close it.
5. Bake until the iron's indicator light shows that cooking is done and the waffles are golden brown and crisp. It's best to serve them immediately with butter, maple syrup or honey and fruits.

How to Make the Best Waffles! ????????Recipe in the description!????????
This waffle recipe makes waffles that are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and mouth-watering in flavor. You only need a few ingredients and—the best part—they take barely any time to make!
#shorts #food #cooking
How to make the best waffles:
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup oat flour
• ½ cup almond flour
• 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3/4 cup milk (room temperature)
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together (oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar).
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract together.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir a little. Add the butter and mix with a spoon until batter forms.
4. Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes, allowing it to set, but you can wait longer! What’s most important is that you don’t skip this step—a well-rested batter is key to scrumptious waffles. In the meantime, preheat your waffle machine.
5. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle machine. More batter makes larger, softer waffles, while less batter makes smaller, crispier ones.
6. Cook the waffles until they are golden and crispy. Then repeat with the rest of the batter!
7. Add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
Perfect Homemade Waffles (Mochi Vs. Belgian)
Yeah, waffles are good but most of the time, homemade just doesn't hit right. We're going to make a major correction to that by making mochi waffles, the classic Belgian liege waffle, and even a third an easy eggo style waffle.
