No-Bake Cold Cake Recipe/How To Make Chocolate Biscuit Cold Cake
In this video, i present very yummy easy and without using any oven cake. I used some marie biscuits, dark chocolate, milk pack cream, butter, sugar, coco powder. Dark Chocolate Creme Brulee + How to Tell When It's Done Baking
Dark Chocolate Creme Brulee (yield: 6 4-oz ramekins)
2 c (454g) heavy cream
1/3 c (67g) sugar
1/2 tsp (3g) fine salt
3 oz (85g) dark chocolate, chopped fine
5 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
sugar for topping
1. Heat heavy cream, sugar, and salt over medium heat until it comes just below a boil. Remove from the heat and pour over the finely chopped dark chocolate.
2. Let the chocolate and cream sit for a minute and then stir until homogenous.
3. Let the chocolate mixture cool for two minutes so that it does not cook the egg yolks once added. Add the egg yolks while stirring continuously.
5. Finish with the vanilla.
6. Strain and divide between 6 ramekins set in a 13in x 9in baking pan.
7. Place the baking pan in a pre-heated 325F (163C) oven and fill about a third of the way with hot water.
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the custard wobbles slightly in the center when tapped.
9. Remove from the oven, let cool on the counter for 20 minutes, and then at least 4 hours in the fridge.
10. Top with a thin layer of sugar and brulee.

Chocolate Raspberry Cake Made with Smucker's Goodness!
In today's little culinary adventure, I'm pulling out an oldie but goodie - a recipe book published in 1997, by the J.M. Smucker Company, in honor of their 100th anniversary. Those purveyors of the yummiest jams, jellies, peanut butter, ice cream toppings, and so much else, put together a bunch of great recipes, and I dug one out at random: Chocolate Raspberry Cake. CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CAKE
Courtesy of the Smucker’s 100 Years of Family-Made Goodness Anniversary Recipe Book, published in 1997
You will need:
4 one-ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate
¼ cup water
½ cup butter, cut into small pieces
½ cup sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/3 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
½ cup Smucker’s red raspberry preserves (or apricot preserves)
Chocolate shavings
Fresh raspberries
Instructions:
Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans; set aside. In medium saucepan, melt chocolate and water over low heat, stirring constantly. Add butter; stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and blend in sugar; cool.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour to chocolate mixture; blend well.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared cake pans.
Bake at 325 degrees F for about 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool.
Heat preserves in saucepan until melted. Spread half of preserves on one layer. Top with second layer, and spread with remaining preserves. Garnish with chocolate shavings and raspberries.
Note: For chocolate shavings, melt 1 to 2 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate. Spread melted chocolate in a thin layer on a cookie sheet; refrigerate until set. Scrape with spatula held at a 45-degree angle, to produce shavings and curls. Chill or freeze shavings until ready to use.
