How To make Seafood Tortillas
3 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
3 c Milk
1/2 c Monterey Jack, shredded
1 ds Cayenne pepper
1 ea Onions
3 tb Butter
1/3 c Parsley, chopped
1/2 c Monterey Jack, shredded
1 lb Imitation crab legs
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
4 ea Tortillas
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, then cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk, then cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly thick. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese and cayenne pepper. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9"x13" glass baking dish. Finely chop onion. Saute onion in butter in skillet. Stir in parsley, cheese, and just enough white sauce to moisten. Stir in chopped crab legs and cayenne pepper. Divide filling among tortillas, then roll up and arrange seam side down in a dish. Pour remaining white sauce over. Cover with foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly hot. Sylvia's comments: I doubt a Mexican would find anything authentic about this, but it was sure good! For a potluck, I used 20 small tortillas instead of 8 large ones. If the filling is still warm when you put the finished tortillas into the oven, 10-20 minutes is plenty of time to get it hot. Brunswick® Sardine and Egg Tortillas
INGREDIENTS
1 can BRUNSWICK®SARDINES IN SOYA OIL, drained
3 eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil (use part to scramble the eggs and part to sautéthe vegetables)
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup tomato, chopped
¼ cup sweet pepper, chopped
4 Tortillas
DIRECTIONS
1. Whisk eggs. Add salt and pepper.
2. Add a small amount of oil to the pan over medium heat and scramble eggs. Set aside.
3. Heat remaining vegetable oil in a pan on low heat and sauté onion, tomato, and sweet pepper. Add BRUNSWICK® SARDINES and mix in.
4. Warm each tortilla and top with scrambled eggs and sardine mixture. Wrap taco style.
4. Bake in the oven until crispy, if desired.5.

CRAB RANGOON TORTILLA ROLL UP APPETIZERS RECIPE!

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces (imitation crab meat) finely chopped
8 ounces soft cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2. soft flour tortillas
COMBINE THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS
AND MIX VERY WELL.
THEN SPREAD MIXTURE ONTO FLOUR TORTILLA AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO
NEXT ROLL THE TORTILLA UP--AND COVER THEM.
ALLOW TO CHILL FOR AT LEAST 25 MINUTES .

Seafood Mariner Chilli Fry Served in Tortillas
Seafood Mariner (Squid, Prawns, Mussels) marinated and lightly fried. Then cooked along with vegetables in a special green and red chilly paste.
This can be had with Rotis/ Chapatis/ Bread/ Rice. I have presented here Tortillas filled with the Seafood Mariner Chilli fry and then grilled or pan fried to crispy Torilla Roll.

A super easy recipe that takes no more than 15 mins to come together and is absolutely savory and worth every bite.
Ingredients :
400g of deveined cleaned shrimps
1 red onion chopped
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of lemon pepper
Instructions :
Mix all the veggies and the shrimps with the spices in a baking sheet pan lined with a foil.
Bake for 10 mins at 200C/400F
Serve with toasted tortillas.
