I'm going to be making recipes that you can easily fit in around a napping or crawling baby, assisted all the way by the super helpful Ru!

Heres my super easy Twix, chic chip cookie Rocky road, feel free to use any of your favourite sweets or chocolate bars!

Twix, choc chip cookie rocky road.
135g Unsalted butter
40g Golden syrup
150g Good quality dark chocolate
150g Good quality milk chocolate
100g Small marshmallows
120g (4 fingers) Twix bars
120g of your favourite choice chip cookies
25g White chocolate, melted and drizzled
25g Salted caramel, melted and drizzled.

200g chocolate (1.6 cups)
120g chocolate to decorate (1 cup)
1tbsp butter
100g condensed milk (1/2 cup)
200g mini marshmallows (1.5 cups)
5tbsp popped popcorn
3tbsp maltesers

How to Make Gingerbread Rocky Road Fudge | RECIPE

Cookmas Day 3: Easy Gingerbread Fudge! This fudge is flavoured with homemade gingerbread spice mix and filled with marshmallows and gingerbread men. RECIPE BELOW!

Ingredients
Gingerbread Spice Mix:
1 tbsp + 1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp allspice
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 ½ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ tsp ground cloves
Fudge:
500g milk chocolate
300g dark chocolate
250g unsalted butter
8 tbsp golden syrup
2 tsp gingerbread spice mix (see above)
150g gingerbread men, broken into pieces
300g mini marshmallows
cooking spray
gingerbread men icing toppers
festive sprinkles
