Fill your stomach with this filling and easy noodle and rice casserole! The mushrooms add an earthy and umami flavor while the water chestnuts add a sweet and nutty flavor. It's a simple dish that's comforting and easy to make.

Ingredients:
½ lb spaghetti, torn into 3-inches long & uncooked
½ lb fresh mushrooms of your choice, sliced & sauteed
5½ cups chicken, beef, or vegetable broth
2 cups brown rice, uncooked
½ cup unsalted butter
8 oz water chestnuts, drained, sliced
1 tsp soy sauce
To Serve:
Roughly ⅛ tsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp parmesan cheese per serving

0:11 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
0:14 Melt your butter in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add both your spaghetti and rice. Saute until both the spaghetti and rice are evenly coated, and both are just starting to caramelize.
0:35 Remove the heat, then add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
1:00 Transfer the entire contents of your deep skillet into a baking casserole of your choice and bake for roughly 45 minutes or until both the rice and spaghetti are cooked through.
1:14 Serve immediately. Garnish with parmesan and parsley.

✅Ingredients
• 1 pound egg noodles
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 white onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups frozen peas
• 2 (6 ounce cans) solid white albacore tuna
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2-3 teaspoons olive oil
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:21 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and add pasta to prepared pan.
2️⃣ 00:00:37 - Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add in onion and saute 5 to 7 minutes, until softened. Stir in garlic and flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
3️⃣ 00:01:26 - Once mixture has thickened, stir in peas, and tuna. Pour over pasta in the 9x13 pan. Add in cheddar cheese and toss to coat.
4️⃣ 00:02:13 - In a small bowl, use a fork to mix together bread crumbs, parmesan, and olive oil. Sprinkle over the pasta.
5️⃣ 00:02:43 - Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, until bread crumbs are lightly browned. Serve hot.

Chicken Noodle Casserole - easy comfort food! | The Recipe Rebel

Ingredients
▢3 cups uncooked egg noodles (190 grams)
▢¼ cup unsalted butter
▢1 teaspoon minced garlic
▢1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
▢½ teaspoon salt
▢¼ teaspoon onion powder
▢¼ teaspoon black pepper
▢¼ cup all purpose flour
▢2 cups low sodium chicken broth
▢¾ cup heavy cream
▢2 cups frozen peas and carrots
▢2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
▢60 grams saltine or Ritz crackers (about 18 crackers)
▢1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions, undercooking by 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Meanwhile, make your sauce. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt your butter.
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder and pepper and cook 1 minute.
Stir in flour until no white remains.
Whisk in broth and cream and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
In a large, greased baking dish (9x13), combine cooked egg noodles, sauce, frozen peas and carrots and cooked chicken.
Crush crackers in a medium zip top bag. Stir in 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly (to prep ahead, simply prepare up to the point of the crackers and top with crackers just before baking).
