XKGR41A Don Fifield 2 1/4 c Bread flour
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Dry milk
1 t Salt
1 tb Butter
1/4 c Raisins (1 1/2 oz)
1/2 tb Cinnamon (optional)
7/8 c Water
1 t Dry yeast
Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Select BAKE (LIGHT) mode. Press start.

Hello, and welcome to my kitchen!
220 milliliters of warm milk
1 teaspoon of dry instant yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
Mix well.
300 grams of whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix well.
30 milliliters of vegetable oil
Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth.

1 hour later.
Sprinkle with flour.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
50 grams of raisins
Roll it up.

Bread Maker Recipe: Cinnamon Raisin Loaf / Perfect for Breakfast and Afternoon Tea Time
This bread is made of cinnamon and raisins, which is perfect for cinnamon lovers. I made this bread using the Hamilton Beach Bread Maker and its company recipe. This recipe includes ground cinnamon right in the dough, rather than simply added as swirled filling. It brings beautiful brown color without using brown sugar.
Hamilton Beach Bread Maker Recipe: Cinnamon Raisin Loaf
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
3/4 cup raisins
Cycle: Sweet
Crust: Medium
Loaf Size: 1.5-lb
Method:
1. Put all of the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed.
2. Press the bred machine buttons for sweet, Medium, 1.5-lb bread, and press Start.
3. After 15 minutes, add raisins
3. Total time is 2 hours 50 minutes, the loaf is done.
4. Using oven mitts pull the bread pan from the machine.
5. Shake the loaf out from bread pan.
6. Let cool on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes before slicing.

Notes:
1. Since I made it for kids, I reduced amount of salt from 1 1/2 teaspoons to 1 teaspoon.

WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Super Soft & Fluffy Raisin Bread | Easy Raisin Bread Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
1 egg
Salt to taste
Luke warm milk 1/4 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Knead for 7-10 mins
Smooth dough
Rest for 60-90 mins
Black raisin 1/2 cup
Divide 2 tbsp raisins
Braid
7 inch pan
Rest for 10 mins
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 for 20-30 mins
Grease butter while hot
Cover with a damp cloth
Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
