Let stand 10 minutes; turn out on wire rack to cool.

How to Make Zucchini Bread
Half of the Gold Medal flour Apple Raisin Bread recipe that has only ever been used for zucchini bread.
Directions: Heat oven to 325˚. Grease 9x5x3 baking pan with butter. Beat all ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, for one minute. Beat on medium speed for one minute. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 85 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Store in refrigerator.
