2 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon matzo meal/flour 2 teaspoon
grated onion Pepper to taste Cooking fat Peel and grate the raw potatoes; drain off all water. Put the potatoes into a large bowl and add the onion, eggs and seasoning> add the matzo meal/flour and mix well. Heat the cooking fat in a medium frying pan. Drop in the potato mixture, about 1 1/2 tablespoon makes a nice pancake. Spread the mixture thin to make larger pancakes, makes them lighter and tastier. Fry until golden brown; turn them over and repeat. Serve with applesauce or sour cream. Today I'm going to show you an easy way to make a delicious potato pancake, called gamjajeon (감자전) in Korean. Everybody can cook this! If you've been watching my videos but never made anything, now's your chance! Get a potato and make a pancake!

2 Yummy Potato Pancake Recipes
Ingredients:
Potato Egg
2 potatoes
1 tbsp ap flour
¾ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 cheese slice
Potato Meat
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp butter
2 small onion
1 tsp ginger
250-gm ground beef
½ tsp salt
¾ tsp red chili
½ tsp pepper
300-gm boiled potato
1 cup ap flour
¾ tsp salt
Instructions for potato egg pancake:
1. Shred potatoes and wash in cold water
2. Add ap flour, garlic powder, and pepper
3. Salt to taste
4. Spread the potatoes on a flat pan
5. Add whisked egg and cheese
6. Ready to enjoy!
Instructions for potato meat pancake:
1. Melt butter in cooking oil on pan
2. Saute chopped onion until soft
3. Stir in ginger and ground beef
4. Salt to taste
5. Add red chili and pepper
6. Mash potatoes in a clear bowl and add ap flour
7. Salt to taste
8. Roll out dough and place filling then seal
9. Fry in cooking oil on medium-low heat
10. Ready to enjoy!
