Ingredients;
- Pork 1 kg
- Coriander Seed 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry Powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Palm Sugar 1/2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder as you like
- [Optional] Seasoning Powder 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Milk 2 cups

And skewers. If you’re going to grill on charcoal, soak them for at least half an hour
to prevent them from burning. But if you’re going to grill in the oven, it’s fine not to soak.

This is not your typical satay barbecued over charcoal fire. This simple dish is one of many Peranakan comfort foods that goes very well with steaming hot rice. Pork loin cut thinly and marinated in a mixture of spices for a few hours and simmered in coconut milk. The result is a fragrant tender pork dish covered in flavourful rich spice sauce. You can also substitute with chicken meat like chicken fillet or wings.

Delicious PORK SATAY and PEANUT SAUCE Recipe (Thai BBQ skewers)
Today we're going to make a pork satay and peanut sauce recipe. Pork satay is a popular Thai street food that you can find everywhere in markets ???????? And in this video, I will tell you the whole ingredients you need to make these delicious Thai BBQ skewers, as well as how to cook it nicely.

???? ???? Pork Satay Ingredients
● 500 g Pork loin or pork collar, slice for 0.5 to 1 cm thick
● 10 to 15 Wood skewers, soaked in water overnight or at least 4 hours
(it helps to not let it burns while grilling)
Marinade
● 1 Tbsp sugar
● a pinch of salt
● ½ Tbsp white vinegar
● ⅓ cup coconut milk
● ¼ cup water
Dried spices
● 1 tsp coriander seeds, toasted
● ¼ tsp cumin powder
● ¼ tsp ground white pepper
● ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
● ⅛ tsp ground clove
Fresh spices
● 1 Tbsp lemongrass, chopped
● 1 tsp galangal, chopped
● 1 tsp chopped fresh turmeric
Peanut sauce
● 2 Tbsp red curry paste
● 1 tsp yellow curry powder
● 1¼ cup coconut milk
● ½ cup roasted peanuts
● 1 Tbsp fish sauce
● 2 Tbsp palm sugar
● 2 Tbsp tamarind juice
Cucumber pickle
● ½ cup sliced cucumber
● 1 Tbsp thinly sliced shallots
● 8-10 slices of spur chilies or jalapenos chilies
● 2 Tbsp palm sugar
● ½ cup white vinegar
● a pinch of salt
