How To make Loaded Oatmeal Cookies
3/4 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 1 c Packed brown sugar
1 Egg
1 tb Milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Uncooked quick oats
1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1 c Butterscotch chips
3/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Recipe by: COUNtrY CHRISTMAS RECIPES Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in chips, raisins and walnuts. Drop rounded Tablespoon of dough 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned around edges. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely. Store in airtight container. -----
