Ingredients: 1/2 cup (1 stick) plus 6 tbsp. butter , softened butter 3/4 cup of firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) 1 cup raisins 3 cups of Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Ingredients • 1/2 Cup(s) (1 stick) plus 6 tablespoons butter, softened • 3/4 Cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar • 1/2 Cup(s) granulated sugar • 2 Eggs • 1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla • 1-1/2 Cup(s) all-purpose flour (I used self rising flour and omitted the baking soda) • 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Soda • 1 Teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon • 1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt (optional) • 3 Cup(s) Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) • 1 Cup(s) raisins • Cooking Instructions • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add oats and raisins; mix well. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.

Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin with Walnut Cookies | Soft and Chewy Cookies | Jae Cyda
Ingredients : 1 cup butter , softened 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 ½ cup All – purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon powder ½ tsp salt 3 cups old fashioned oats ½ cup raisins 1 cup chopped walnuts
Procedure: 1.Heat oven to 350 F 2.Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. 3.Add eggs,vanilla : beat well. 4.Add the flour,baking soda, cinnamon,salt and mix well. 5.Add in the oats,raisins and walnuts ; mix well. 6.Drop by rounded 1 tablespoon cookies. 7. Refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes, Then transfer it to a cookie sheet. 8.Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. 9.Cool 1 min on cookie sheet , then move to a cooling rack and cool completely.
