How To make Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookies 2
1/3 c Margarine
1/3 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Packed dark brown sugar
1 lg Egg
2/3 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1 c Uncooked quick oats
1/3 c Raisins
1/3 c Walnuts; chopped
Peheat oven to 325~F. Lightly grease two cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except raisins and nuts, with 2 tablespoons water. With electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat until blended.Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 18-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool. Per serving: about 90 cal, 1g pro, 11g car, 3g fat, 30% cal from fat, 6mg chol, 28mg sod. 2 bananas
2 pitted Medjool dates
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 egg

2/3 cup sweet potato puree
1/4 cup coconut oil liquid but not hot
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats made into oat flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp sea salt

3/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats made into oat flour

INGREDIENTS
*1 1/2 cup oats/ ओट्स
*1 tbsp flaxseeds powder/ अलसी
*1/4 cup desiccated coconut
*1/4 tsp salt
*1/4 tsp grated or powdered nutmeg/ जाइफ़ल
*1/4 tsp crushed or powdered cardamom/ एलाइचि
*1/4 tsp cinnamon powder/ दालचीनी
*1/4 tsp black pepper powder/ काली मिर्च
*1/2 tsp baking powder
*1/4 tsp baking soda
*3 tbsp honey/ शहद
*3 tbsp ghee (room temperature)/ butter/ घी या बटर
*1 tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS
1- In a blender, add flaxseeds and grind them into powder. Keep the flaxseed powder aside and add in oats to make oat flour.
2- Transfer the oat flour in a large bowl. Add flaxseed powder, followed by coconut, salt, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, baking powder and soda. Give a good mix till everything is well combined.
3- In another bowl add ghee and honey beat until light and fluffy. Add this to the flour mixture, followed by water and begin to form a dough with your hands.
4- Cover the dough and keep it in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes ( this step is necessary as the dough will be easier to work with when we cut the biscuits ).
5- Now divide the dough in two parts. And make sure to preheat the oven at this stage for 10-15 minutes at 180°C/ 350°F. Take one part of the dough and give it a cylindrical shape. Cut the biscuits using a sharp knife. Even out the edges and make sure to sweep up the remaining crumbs while doing so.
6- Make more biscuits using the remaining dough and place the biscuits on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
7- Allow the biscuits to cool completely, store in an airtight container and enjoy !!

Whole wheat oatmeal cookies a NuWave Oven
Ingredients
1. 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
2. Two sticks of butter
3. Two eggs
4. 1 14 cup of packed dark brown sugar
5. Two teaspoons vanilla
6. Two teaspoons cinnamon
7. Half a teaspoon salt
8. 3 cups of old fashioned oatmeal
9. 1 and 12 teaspoon cornstarch
10. Teaspoon baking soda
11. One cup of chopped pecans
Steps
if you cooking in standard oven preheat oven on 350°
in a bowl mix all of your dry ingredients . your flour , cinnamon , baking soda and salt.
in a small bowl mix with a whisk or mixer all of the moist ingredients such as butter , brown sugar and vanilla extract . until smooth and creamy . pour in and stir flour mixture into the moist ingredients with the nuts and oatmeal until thick enough to mold into a small ball . place ball on cooking sheet press lightly .
bake 7 to 10 minutes. in standard oven or NuWave Oven
let cool
