1/4 c Margarine
6 tb Granulated sugar
1 Egg; large
2 tb Apple juice
4 1/2 oz Quick oats
4 1/2 oz Oat bran
3/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking
spray; set aside. 2. In large bowl, with electric mixer on high speed, beat margarine and
sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and apple juice; beat until blended. 3. In medium bowl, combine oats, oat bran, baking powder, cinnamon and
salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; beat until combined. 4. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto prepared sheets, making 24
cookies. Flatten with spatula. Bake 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container. Each serving (2 cookies) provides: 1 fat, 1 bread, 35 optional calories. Per serving: 135 calories. Source: Weight Watcher magazine, May 1992. -----

1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp sea salt
Midnight Cookies 4:11
3/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats made into oat flour
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup pitted dates if hard then soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and then drained
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1-2 Tbsp honey

HEALTHY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES RECIPE:
1 1/2 Cups (120g) Instant Oats
3/4 Cup (90g) White Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup (140g) Honey
2 1/2 Tbsps (30g) Coconut Oil Melted
1 Large Egg
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup (75g) Raisins
Pre-heat oven to 325 Degrees
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until a thick cookie dough forms
Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
Once combined, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the cookies using a cookie scoop (around 20 cookies).
Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
Once the cookies are done baking let them cool down completely in the cookie tray itself.
Once cooled, store in an air-tight container for several days.

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe
