How To make Fruit and Nut Coffee Cake Ring
------------------------FAVORITE ALL-TIME REC; 12/92------------------------ 1/2 tb Yeast
1/2 c Water, warm
3 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cardamom, ground
1/3 c Butter
1/3 c Apple juice concentrate
2 Eggs
1/2 c Apricot fruit spread
6 oz Fruit, dried
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1 ts Water, cold
1 c Flour
1 Eggs
Chop dried fruit. Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 10 minutes. In large bowl of elecric mixer, combine flour, salt, and cardamom. Whilie mixing on low speed with dough hook, gradually blend in yeast mixture, butter, apple juice concentrate, and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Beat in enough remaining flour to form stiff dough. Continue to beat until dough is smooth and elastic. (Dough may be kneaded by hand on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Or may be mixed in breadmaker.) Let rest 20 minutes. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 22"x12" rectangle. Spread fruit spread evenly down center of rectangle, leaving 1" border along both long sides. Sprinkle fruit bits and nuts evenly over fruit spread. Starting at one long side, roll dough up tightly; pinch seam to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bring ends of roll rogether to form ring; pinch ends together to seal, using water if necessary. With scissors or sharp knife, make diagonal cuts, about 1" apart, into top of ring. Let rise in warm place 30 minutes. (Dough will not double in volume.) Preheat oven to 375. Beat together egg and cold water; brush over ring. Bake 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature. Nutrition information per slice: 386 calories, 8 gm protein, 64 gm carbohydrate, 12 gm fat, 80 mg cholesterol, 308 mg sodium, 2-1/4 diabetic starch/bread exchange, 2-1/4 diabetic fat exchange, 2 diabetic fruit exchange. puff pastry - 400 g (14 oz)
egg whites - 3 pieces
sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
Tray size 35 X 40 cm (14 in x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
for the cream:
milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
Boil for 3 min
yolk - 3 pieces
sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
starch - 50 g (1.76 oz)
butter - 50 g (1.76 oz)
IN THE FRIDGE 30 min
whipping cream - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
blueberry jam - 200 g (7 oz)
for drink:
strawberries - 3 pieces
ice - 40 g (1.4 oz)
Schweppes - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
milk - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon.

Ingredients:
80 g rolled oats/ 1 cup
pinch of salt
10 g coconut flour(or oat flour) / 1 1/4 tbsp
5 g baking powder / 1 tsp
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium eggs
35 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice) / 2 3/4 tbsp
15 g melted butter(or coconut oil) / 1 tbsp
1 apple
1 medium carrot
30 g chopped walnuts / 4 tbsp
18 x 13 cm / 7 x 5 inches baking tray
decorate with nuts
bake 35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

Super moist fruit cake Complete Written Recipe:
This fruit cake is a simpler and easier version of making a traditional fruit cake or old-fashioned fruit cake.
In this Easy fruit cake recipe we don't need any soaking of dry fruits; but still the raisins,candied peels,cranberries and other dried fruits will be juicy and plumpy as they are boiled in liquid and then added into the cake batter.
This video will show you one of the least messy ways that we can make a fruit cake.We don't need any stand mixer/hand mixer to make this cake.A sauce pan and a wooden spoon are the only major tools to make this fruit cake.
In two steps we can make this super moist fruit cake batter.
Step1:
Boil the dry fruits in a sauce pan with butter sugar and water.
Step2:
Add all the rest of ingredients into this saucepan after its cooled.
Step3:
Bake the fruit cake @ 320 F for 75-90 minutes.
The cake is so soft and moist and the aroma of spices makes this fruit cake, more flavorful.
This fruit cake recipe is one of my favorite recipes to make moist fruit cake.
