How To make Four Cheese Macaroni
4 c Elbow macaroni - uncooked
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c All purpose flour
2 1/2 c Milk
1 c Shredded provolone cheese
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Salt
ds Ground pepper 1 c Mozzarella cheese, diced
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 ts Paprika
Julienned raw vegetables Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a two quart casserole dish. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour. Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a boil; cook stirring until sauce thickens. Add provolone, cheddar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese melt. Combine sauce and cooked macaroni. Stir in Mozzarella cheese. Turn into buttered casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and top is browned. Cut into serving sections. CREAMY BAKED MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE | 4 Cheese Mac N Cheese Recipe
Welcome to Gochujang Mamá YouTube Channel! I am a Mom to a blended Korean / Mexican American family that loves to share what I cook in my home. I am still learning and enjoy the process of making home cooked food.
Today I am making my easy creamy baked mac and cheese. This recipe is a no roux, no eggs recipe that it super easy to make. You can also make this a gluten free option as there is no roux in the cheese sauce. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb (454 g) box elbow Macaroni
16 oz (454 g) sharp cheddar cheese
7 oz (200 g) Havarti cheese
4 oz (100 g) cream cheese (use the full 8 oz for extra creamy)
2 oz (50 g) parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp salted butter
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
24 oz (709 mL) evaporated milk (or sub with half and half)
CREAMY STOVE TOP MAC N CHEESE RECIPE
*BE sure to reserve some cheese for topping
- Add butter, onion powder and smoked paprika to preheated pot
- cook on a low heat for 15 seconds to warm through dry seasonings
-Then add softened cream cheese and combine until smooth
- Next add evaporated milk and mix until smooth
- Bring to a gentle simmer and add cheese
-On a low heat stir until smooth and creamy, then turn off heat
-Boil macaroni until al dente, usually you 7 or 8 minutes of cook time works well
- Drain cooked macaroni, add to cheese sauce and mix well
- In a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish add all the mac n cheese
- sprinkle with extra paprika and top with reserved cheese
-BAKE in a preheated oven at 375º F / 190º C covered for 20 minutes
-Then BROIL uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly
