Focaccia bread recipe ingredients:
1 x 7g sachet instant yeast (or 1 sachet dry yeast,
1 tsp sugar; 200ml tepid water),
350g (2 1/2 cups) strong white bread flour,
1/2 tsp salt; 2 tbsp olive oil.
To season:
2 cloves garlic,
Handful of rosemary,
Salt and pepper,
Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle.
