Beer Chicken Wings ~ So Yum, So Aromatic (Easy Recipe)
Best chicken wings recipe to satisfy the beer and food cravings during quarantine. ????
With all the bars closed due to lock down restrictions, I'm glad I have my beer chicken wings. These aromatic nibbles are so easy to make and the sauce is very delicious!
You don't need an oven or air fryer. This is a simple one pan recipe that anyone can cook at home. The wings will be pan fried and braised inside the same pan.
Directions: 1) Wash, dry and cut chicken wings into separate pieces 2) Marinate the wingettes, drumettes and tips for at least 1 hour. 3) Pan fry marinated pieces on medium high heat - both sides until skin turns golden brown 4) Add beer, soy sauce and dried thyme - simmer for 10 mins 5) Open lid, turn to high heat and reduce sauce 6) When sauce reduced, crack black pepper and sprinkle chopped scallion 7) Plate and sprinkle sesame seeds 8) Enjoy!
Note: You can use any type of beer with this chicken wings recipe. Although I haven't tried pale ale or black beer like Guinness, I believe the aroma will be just as amazing, if not better.
