How To make Delectable Meat Loaf
2 1/2 pounds Ground round (or 3 lbs.)
2 packages Onion soup mix
3 large Eggs
1 Can evaporated milk -- (5 ounces)
1/2 cup Quick Cook Dry Cream Wheat
12 ounces V-8 juice
1/4 cup Ketchup
Mix all but one can of V-8 together. Sape into loaf. bake 350 in Pam sprayed loaf pan 1 hour. Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup. When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can of V-8 over top allowing to run down and around meat. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. The Copycat Cookbook pg46. INGREDIENTS
2 lbs 85/15 ground beef
1 envelope of beefy onion soup mix
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1/4 of a medium-sized bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
SAUCE
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Simple and Easy Meatloaf Recipe
Nothing says comfort food better than a good old fashioned meatloaf recipe. This meatloaf is not a complicated dish. In fact, my recipe has the most basic, simple ingredients, yet still gets 5 stars all the way!
Ingredients:
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup bbq sauce
For the Topping:
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard
*You'll increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F when topped with the glaze.

Ingredients for Homemade Meatloaf -
Beef mince - 500 grams
Bacon - 200 grams
Sausages - 200 grams
Bread crumbs - 2 slices
Eggs - 2 whole
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder (coarsely crushed) - 1 tsp
1/2 a Nutmeg grated
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Mixed Herbs -1 tsp
Juice of 1 lime
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cheese spread - 1 tbsp (optional)
Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp (optional)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For the glaze -
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
Barbecue sauce - 1 tbsp

Bake at 170 deg C for 40 to 45 min or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 box Boursin Garlic and Herbs
1/4 cup diced parsley
1 bell pepper diced
1/2 large onion diced
2 tbsps sour cream
1-2 tbsps garlic paste
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups bread crumbs
smoked paprika/italian seasoning/red pepper flakes
salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder
Sauce:
1 cup BBQ
1 cup ketchup
1-2 tbsps tomato paste
2 tbsps dijon mustard
1 tbsps worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper / smoked paprika
Directions:
Begin by prepping your veggies and parsley. Next, saute veggies, parsley, and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Place in freezer to chill after softened. In a large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients (except sauce ingredients). Work everything together with your hands until it forms one large meatball. Add bread crumbs a little at a time until the loaf takes shape. Place mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 and form into a loaf shape. Place on wire rack or into a loaf pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Mix together sauce ingredients over medium low heat. Baste meatloaf with sauce during final 20-30 minutes. Meatloaf is done when it registers 165 degrees internal temp in the middle.
