????I'm Stephanie and behind the camera, you have my sister Cloud. I started cooking at 4 years of age. What?! Yes (LOL) I pulled up a chair and my first choice was to fry an egg. I was hungry and that’s all I have to say about that experience. I would like to say I’m completely self-taught in the kitchen, but I have the lovely women in my family to thank. They taught me to honor my ancestors and to make my Mexican Cuisine comfortable for my home. I thank our creator for my curiosity and my never-ending search for the next gastronomic satiation. Cooking is a huge part of my daily life as I prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for my two American Korean/Mexican boys. I know who does that these days? Me, I homeschool my two boys and I’m grateful for every moment spent. ❤️ If you love our recipes, Please take the time to Subscribe and support our channel. Crispy Baked Chicken Drumsticks Recipe
Crispy Baked Chicken Drumsticks tastes like fried chicken drumsticks without the effort of frying, and with the convenience of baking. Here is a compiled video of step by step detailed recipe in English.
List of Ingredients:
*Frying instructions:
Just in case anyone wants to fry the chicken drumsticks instead of baking in the oven, follow the following instructions:
Step 1 - Pour enough oil into the pan so that when you dip the chicken pieces, they only get drowned halfway through, not completely drowned.
Step 2 - Heat the oil on medium flame instead of high flame. Please do not overheat the oil.
Step 3 - As soon as the oil heats up, turn the flame to medium low and add the pieces of chicken.
Step 4 - Fry each side of the chicken for about 6-8 minutes for smaller pieces and 8-10 minutes for bigger pieces.
*Please note that cooking time varies from stove to stove since the heat intensity of the flame is not constant for every stove. The size of the pieces of chicken matters. However, since this is an elaborate video on how to bake, the frying instructions are not naturally very detailed in the video.

Crispy Juicy Oven Fried Chicken Drumsticks
RECIPE: Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make Juicy and Crispy Chicken Drumsticks in the oven. It’s the closest thing to deep fried chicken without the mess and extra oil of frying. To make the chicken taste really good, I’ll be using a lot of seasoning. Here’s my blend, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, sweet paprika and red chili powder for heat. Mix that up. Crack a large egg into a wide plate or bowl so it’s easy to dip the chicken. Add a little water and mix it up. To another wide plate or bowl, add breadcrumbs, these are plain. I’ll add some salt and ground black pepper. Mix that together. You can also use seasoned breadcrumbs. Here is my bowl of chicken legs. They’re washed. Pat them dry with paper towels. Put the seasoning all over the chicken. If you want, you can save a little bit of the seasoning and mix it into the plain breadcrumbs. Coat each leg with the seasoning. Set the chicken aside and heat up your oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees Celsius. To bake the chicken, use a sheet pan. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Take each piece of chicken and dip in the egg. Let the excess drip off and coat in the breadcrumbs. Make sure to really press the crumbs on so it’s completely covered. Place the chicken on the sheet pan with space between each piece. Bake in the heated oven for 30 minutes. Now you see the top is light in color. If you want the chicken to be golden brown, spray with oil or drizzle oil all over the chicken before turning over. Turn them over and cook for another 30 minutes. I did drizzle the chicken with oil and that’s why it’s golden brown on both sides. Even if you don’t drizzle oil, the chicken will be crispy, it just won’t look like deep fried chicken, color wise. Since the chicken was cooked for an hour, it’ll come off the pan easily. That’s me crunching away at the chicken. I can’t even tell you how juicy the chicken is. I didn’t have a plate under it and the juices literally dripped onto my floor. Oven fried chicken doesn’t get easier than this recipe and I hope you try it. Let me know how you like it in the comments below. Subscribe and I'll see you next time. Thanks for watching!
Crispy Oven fried chicken without oil or fat
Look no further, this is the closest you will get to oven baked fried chicken. Best of all, there's no additional oils or fats used. There's no point in oven frying anything if it's drizzled with a ton of oil, you may as well deep fry it. This crispy oven fried chicken recipe is without any oil or fat, so you know it's healthier. This is probably the healthiest fried chicken recipe you will ever find. The result is amazing and simple to do. Forget KFC copycat recipes, now you can make an original fried chicken, in your oven at home and without fat. Happy cooking and enjoy! Let me know how you went once you tried it, I'd love to know! Chef Joel.
