3 lb Chicken; Cut Up, Fryer
2 Eggs; Large, Slightly Beaten
4 T Milk
2 1/2 c Corn Flakes; Crushed *
2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
5 T Butter; Melted
* Crush but do not pulverize the corn flakes. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix together eggs and milk. Separately mix corn flake crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into milk and egg mixture then into the crumb mixture coating each piece evenly. Set in well-greased baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.

Super Crunchy Easy Cornflake Chicken
This video takes you through the steps to making some delicious crunchy easy cornflake chicken. There is a little prep work involved but it is totally worth the effort.
Recipe:
There are many different ways you can eat this chicken. For example, you can simply serve with some dipping sauces such as ranch dressing, BBQ sauce and even some ketchup. You could also have the chicken in a roll with other ingredients like lettuce, bacon and tomato.
You don’t need to cut the chicken into nuggets sized pieces. You can do schnitzel sized pieces if you want to make some nice and large pieces of cornflake chicken. This will work perfectly for something like a chicken parmesan.
All the ingredients you need for this incredibly tasty chicken recipe can be found right below. This recipe is great if you’re running low on ingredients as you only need 4.
500g (1 lb.) chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1 cup plain flour
1 egg
Oven baking is the easiest way to cook the chicken without making a whole heap of dishes to clean up. You can easily shallow or deep fry the chicken if that’s your prefered method of cooking.
Any leftover chicken can be kept for later and used in sandwiches and much more. You can also easily just reheat and eat the chicken with some dipping sauces.
Keep in mind the thickness of the chicken as the thicker it is the longer it will take to cook. If the cornflake coating is burning, then turn your oven or fry pan down to a lower temperature.
You can double coat the chicken if you want a thicker coating of cornflakes on the chicken. Personally, I find the single coating is more than enough to satisfy my cravings.

Crispy Cornflake Crusted Chicken
RECIPE: Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make Juicy Chicken with a Crispy Cornflake Crust. I’m using boneless skinless chicken breasts that are on the thin side. You can use chicken thighs or bone in pieces with this recipe, just adjust the cooking time. First heat your oven to 350 F or 180 C. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and ground black pepper. Crack an egg into a container big enough to fit the chicken for dipping. Add a little milk, salt and ground black pepper. Whisk that up. Here is the magic ingredient - cornflakes for instant crispy crust. Put the cornflakes in a bag and use a rolling pin to crush them up. Put the cornflakes in a wide plate or shallow bowl so it’s easy to dip the chicken without making a mess. Season with a little salt and pepper. Mix that up. I’ll bake the chicken on a sheet tray. Grease it with a little oil. Parchment paper can be used if you want to avoid cleaning the tray. Line up the seasoned chicken, then egg, and cornflakes. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg and let the excess drip off. Coat it on both sides with the cornflakes. Press the flakes on as best as you can. Put the chicken on the sheet tray. That’s nicely coated. I like to drizzle melted butter over the top of the flakes as evenly as possible. The crust will be more brown and really tasty. Bake in the heated oven for about 20 minutes. If you’re using larger pieces of chicken or bone in pieces, the time could be 45 minutes to an hour. After 20 minutes, the chicken is golden brown. It’s not difficult to get off the tray, does not stick. I’ll cut into it for you. Juicy, perfectly cooked breast and crispy coating. It’s a really simple way to cook chicken but everyone will love it. The cornflake crust is addictive so you want to keep eating this chicken. I would definitely make extra because it’s going to go fast.
