Recipe - Chilled Tomato and Avocado Soup
INGREDIENTS:
-1 ripe tomato, peeled and quartered
●2 large avocados - peeled, pitted, and sliced
●1 small onion, quartered
●1 green bell pepper, chopped
●1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
●1 quart tomato juice
●1 1/4 cups plain nonfat yogurt
●salt to taste
●1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
●cayenne pepper to taste
APPETIZER -TUNA CANAPE
Tuna Canape Recipe
No. of Yield: 20
Ingredients:
-1 can of Tuna (55 grams)
-1/4 cup of mayonnaise
-3 pack of Fita crackers
-salt and pepper to taste
- spring onions & a thin slice of cucumber for garnish
Procedure:
1. Combine drained tuna and mayonnaise.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Arrange the Fita crackers.
4. Put a small amount of tuna spread on the fita cracker, then sprinkle with spring onions.
5. Add thin slice of cucumber for garnish.
Serve immediately.

the GRILLED CHEESE I ate every other day for 2 years (The Fort Greene Grilled Cheese)
This is the Fort Greene sandwich from my old food truck, Food Freaks, named after Fort Greene Brooklyn, the neighborhood my truck lived. The sandwich is special because of this cilantro sauce my brother created. Its a sauce that is good on basically everything and today we will learn to make cilantro special sauce as well as a grilled cheese with bacon, avocado, Fontinella Cheese, sourdough bread all taken to new levels with this delicious cilantro sauce.

2 TBSP EVOO
1/2 TBSP salt
2-3 cloves garlic
1 yellow onion
1/2 TBSP Curry powder
7-8 medium carrots
8-10 cups chicken stock
chives to finish
creme fraiche to finish.
In a pot over medium heat, add onions, and cook for 4 minutes, then add your garlic and curry powder cook for 1 minute.
Then add carrots, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil Drop to a simmer and cook until everything is soft. then blend your soup until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve with chives and sour cream.
